I always admired Queen Rania her clothes are modern,sophisticated, elegant.She has that special vibe which makes her a real Queen.

He was converted to islam to merry her, islámic woman can't merry a non muslim men.
It is not clear if Thermiotis is a convert to Islam or not. Reports are contradictory on that issue, and requests for clarification have been ignored. His family is Christian, he was baptized as an infant and his family played no role in the wedding. Generally, the Muslim world has been quite critical of the wedding. For me, it seems that they wish to keep these matters a mystery at this time!

Vows are very simple.
The imam sitting says words to this effect (after praising Allah and his prophet and reciting few verses from the Quran about marriage)
The father so and so gives his daughter to so and so in marriage, and asks Allah to be the witness.
The groom simply says: I accept.
Once the groom pronounces these two words, they are officially husband and wife.

It's wierd Rania wasn't up there with Abdullah. It seems they both should be there.
Although it is now not always followed, Islam holds that “a woman is only 1/2 a witness” in ceremonies, courts, civil matters, etc. So, technically, if Queen Rania were up there with King Abdullah, Islam would require another person to sign etc., along with any woman, in addition to any man, including King Abdullah!
The Queen Rania should be reported as shedding tears not shredding tears.

I don't know what you mean by Nikah r walima ceremoney, in Arab world, we do the ceremony just as that in the video, and this is the only traditional way !!!
I have such respect for King Abdullah. First the way he was so gracious in welcoming Pope Francis and personally driving him to the River Jordan. Second, after the terrorist organization ISIS captured and burned alive a Jordanian pilot, the king embraced his father and promised retribution. It was reported that on a bombing raid other pilots flew aside and the king delivered the bombs.
