I will say, as someone who's watched junior eurovision for a few years now, it always amazes me the contrast between Georgia's junior Eurovision entries and their adult entries. Gerogia consistantly bring quality entries to junior eurovision that do really well. They've won the contest three times and came 2nd twice whilst in adult Eurovision, they tend to struggle quite a bit. This is my personal 2nd place although I do think several entries are excellent this year.
I am from Georgia and I can tell you why, Georgia is always AMAZING at JUNIOR and an absolute HORRIBLE at ADULT entries, Because JUNIOR is controlled by a Great Professional, and an ADULT eurovision is controlled by Dumbs from a very old so called Communist era "Elite society" from Tbilisi 😂😂 😂 It's so clear that new generation composers and people know better what to suggest, rather than old ones who are oriented to another musical taste and gernes...
@@MrGiorgi83 I wanted to express exactly the same opinion and applied to a metaphor (a generation gap). I add that Adult Eurovision is corrupted by politics and political elites.
Georgia has the most win in Jr. Eurovision 👑 .And they keep bringing the quality.Mariam for me is an obvious winner, everything is very well-thought,the message, her vocals, how she delivers each line,choreography..I like the fact that they're paying an homage to the Iranian girl (the moment when she throws away "hijab") and Ukrainian kids, each detail deserves an applause. My winner 🇬🇪👏
This song is about peace, it’s a reference to the war in Ukraine and struggle of Iranian women and youth in general for freedom. Also at 2:49 taking the hat off is a reference to the young girl who was killed for not wearing a hijab. (Something like that) Also thanks for the reaction and please forgive my grammar!
Woe, thanks for that reaction.. U know what? I was looking for some interesting video-reactions by an actual vocal couch and finally i get it.. it was interesting. She really has the voice. It is so catchy(the song) .. but imo it is her goice that makes this trivial song very nice and catchy.. im loving it! Love the voice she has 💥 There's Georgian contest #რანინა where u can find live performances of this Lady 🙈. He really has the voice. And it seems like the song and future stage performance will be so different and original in this jesc contest... But i didn't get ur opinion about Georgians in the Eurovision.. like in the jesc Georgia has the record of most wins.. adults Eurovision is somehow not good for me too, but jesc is Georgians sport for sure 😏
Imagine that this girl were from France or England - would there be any doubt that she would have won, and by a wide margin?... What can you do, this is the fate of small countries. Their representatives have to be a head and shoulders above to be recognized as winners. This is unfair. For me Mariam is а winner. She is a great singer.
I’m georian and not because of it this is my winner with Netherlands . So winter is coming and we will see what’s gonna happen ❤ Fingers crossed and wait ❤
I find Georgia' song to be avant-garde, like Armenia last year; it's a modern beautiful song & performance. BUT, I feel it's just too sad, DARK for JESC! The lyrics are mainly to blame for this. I like Georgia' song, (it's in my top 5); & if only we were discussing the ESC, it would be great! But again, this is the JESC for children, teenagers & I hope that most teenagers won't be into this song, or else I'd be a little worried for their emotional health. The song is about world peace & I would dread to think that teenagers, or even worse off, children, are concerned enough to be thinking of such things. Everything else is wonderful about Georgia' entry; the singing, performance, but except the subject matter for JESC. I'd be a bit worried if this song wins & I hope it doesn't because of having a negative context. If it was for the ESC, I'd say 'bring it on Georgiaaaaa!'
Georgia is the winner this year 🇬🇪
Fingers crossed 🤞
Unfortunately came as no.3!!! Lack of support as usually !!!
I absolutely adore this years georgia! Her vocals are unbelievable
it’s an honor, Georgina.❤❤thanks from Georgia❤🇬🇪
