In 1957, unique hybrid bees were created in Brazil. Scientists expected that these bees would produce more honey, but...something went wrong. The insects turned out to be incredibly aggressive and attacked anyone they saw. By the eighties, the killer bees had reached the United States. Today, they continue to spread across the world, and it feels like a horror movie... So, in today's video you will learn what happens to a person when it is stung by this insect. It sounds incredible, but a bee can take away your life. And do bees really die after biting us? Let's find out!
Enjoy the video friends!

Ok I always thought their sting got stuck in us but that's before I watched tis
Atleast it was interesting. Not like others
Some comments:
1) Honey bees don't die instantly after losing their stings--and may even try to attack and sting again (without success, of course!). They may live for a few hours if not otherwise injured. Insects in general can survive trauma (for a while) that would kill a vertebrate almost instantly.
2) Queen honey bees rarely sting people, and seldom make an attempt to do so. This only happens if the bee is held, and typically only a very young queen that hasn't started laying eggs yet can sting. I got stung by one when getting ready to clip her wings so she wouldn't take off with a swarm, and I had had been holding her for several seconds before this happened, and the sting was much less painful that that caused by a worker.
3) At 4:03, Vespula vulgaris is NOT a honey bee--it is a species of yellow jacket (or the "common wasp" in the UK). Species of Vespula rarely lose their stings when attacking (except when stinging a leather bee glove), and can sting multiple times although their supply of venom is soon depleted.
4) Other animals besides people attack honey bee colonies, so the stings are also used against them.
5) The hornet shown at 4:47 is Vespa simillima xanthoptera, which is found in Japan. It is sometimes called the "yellow hornet", and this species itself is sometimes attacked by Vespa mandarinia (the "murder hornet") which is much larger and stronger. The honey bees that engage in "cooking" the hornets are the Asian species Apis cerana, which is somewhat smaller than the European or "western" honey bee that was brought to the New World (i.e., honey bees are NOT native to the US).
6) There are additional substances in bee venom besides melittin; phospholipase is another.
7) While "wearing" bees, there is always the risk of accidentally squeezing one or more, and then the squeezed bees will sting. Stinging insects sting to protect their colonies, and also sting to protect themselves if grabbed or squeezed.
8) At 8:16, Apis laboriosa is generally recognized as a distinct species from Apis dorsata. The former is limited to cliffs in the Himalayan foothills while the latter is found throughout most of the southeastern part of Asia (up to and including Nepal). Both species will defend their nests (each consisting of a single large semicircular comb, sometimes suspended under large branches of trees) very aggressively.

That fact he doesn’t spill it when it’s that full amazes me
Fun fact. Just because a bee sting didn’t cause an allergic reaction in the past, doesn’t mean that it won’t kill you in the future
Something like this happened to my dad. Never had a bad reaction to a bee sting but at around 35 he got stung in the hand by a wasp hiding in a work glove. His whole arm swelled up. Had to get an adrenaline shot to counteract the swelling as it was moving up the arm. Now has a permanently larger arm due to scar tissue in the lymph system. Glad it was his hand.

Fun Fact: Bee’s don’t bite.
I wish all these facts were actually fun
fun fact they die after they sting because their stinger gets ripped off with their abdomen the digestice track included so they die
Actually, some species of bees do in fact bite. It is less common, but it does happen.
the reason is to allow more venom to flow into the subject by leaving the venom sac attached to the victim. But this also kills the bee .
