Masak Lemak Cili Api.Roughly trnslated as Creamy Hot Chili.Creamy part come from coconut milk.while the spiciness come from Cili Api..
At the snack counter..U read the word Nismilan..Nismilan actually refer to Negeri Sembilan.The state in which lemak cili api originated from.
Apart from my native state food (Johor).I Iove dishes from Negeri Sembilan bcoz the spiciness add kick to the food.

Daging salai is actually smoked beef, in Negeri Sembilan its common and you can easily find smoked chicken, beef, duck there 🤤
