We have designed our course to be flexible for students who would like to take short or long time to prepare depending on their time commitments.
Thanks Leo, no the test in the case law here (relevant for SQE exam purposes) is "fair minded and informed observer" rather than "reasonable man". I hope that helps. Best of luck in the SQE exam?
Thanks Al-hera, yes definitely. The SQE2 exam can be taken a long time after the SQE1 exam, though, so it is best to concentrate first on what you need to know for the SQE1 exam, pass it, and then start focusing on preparation for the SQE2 exam.

Hi Tom just a few questions on the course. Does the fees for the course grant you lifetime access to the materials? I want to pay the one off fee but won't be sitting the exam until next summer.
Thank you for your comment, I believe that you would have 6 attention in total (3 for SQE1 and another 3 for SQE2). You might find additional information on SRA's website: sqe.sra.org.uk/exam-arrangements/results-and-resits
Hi. I am a lawyer in Turkey. I want to sit these exams in the near future. I do not have knowledge about English law. I got 7 in IELTS. But when I take a look at the books on law, I do not understand most of the words. Legal English is very difficult. Should I study legal English before the preparation for SQE? Or while reading the books prepared for SQE exams, can I overcome this? Some people say that in 1-2 months I can be comfort. What should you recommend about this? How many months should I study SQE1 at least in this case? Thank you in advance!
Hi there, its great that you are interested in SQE. Regarding your English, this would be completely up to you how you should approach improving it. Some people like to practice language as they learn and some dedicate specific time. I would say that you could combine learning English and practice what you learned by going through SQE material. - Again, the decision is yours. In terms of SQE1, there are a few factors that play when it comes to how much time you might need to prepare. Sufficient time needed to prepare depends on your current knowledge of English law, how much time you can dedicate to it each day and how fast you can memorise and process the materials. We provide monthly subscriptions to allow our students flexibility and easy access to SQE1 Preparation course. I hope this was helpful.
@@futuresolicitor Hi you will be aware that the SQE1 exams now open and on this basis I expect confirmation on whether or not you are able to provide the course material in a timely manner or even at all so that I can make an informed decision on how to proceed with my exam preparation. Thanks
