The answer to this is the ability of the man. I suspect a female MM fighter would be able to beat most senior citizens and out of shape or weak men (of which there are far too many) but not necessarily a strong man in his prime. I will watch and see.
A professional female MMA fighter can realistically beat the overwhelming majority of men who have no combat sports experience whatsoever, including some pretty big and strong ones around the 200 lbs mark.
They just can't beat a 6'4 260+ lbs strenght athlete and former first division footbal player like Steve, that's way too much of a size, strenght and athleticism gap.
It also varies greatly depending on who the female pro is of course, there is an huge difference between an "average" female professional fighter and élite female athletes like Amanda Nunes, Kayla Harrison, Zhang Weilì and so on.

Misleading title. MMA fighter vs man? but he's not ordinary man, self-proclaimed "athlete and as a strength coach/sports performance trainer" and the size difference is immense. For that title to make sense the dude will have to be a typical joe, not an athlete, not a trainer or sports coach, and his weight should be similar to the woman. Then the title will make sense.
