I watch most of your videos, , but I do not usually comment. However, when watching this video I heard you say that you don’t need a therapist because you are strong. I had to say something. Please. Don’t spread that ‘old’ mindset. Seeing a therapist has nothing to do with strength. Unfortunately the Jamaican (& the black), community overall has a poor respect for the value of therapy. It’s about balance, emotional & mental balance.
You don’t tell someone with a broken leg that they don’t need to use a crutch; so if someone needs some mental or emotional support to re-find their best balance, what is wrong with that? Let’s remove the stigma and be our best selves in every way. Thank you.
I watch most of your videos since I joined. I know you mean well but I honestly think some of your questions are too intrusive. One was when you asked Climer about his living space when he moved in with the family. On this video you asked if she gets along with Sham. It doesn’t add to the interview, in my opinion. I mean no disrespect.

#Marlon we here in Belize do tamales as well. It is made of ground corn not cornmeal. It is very delicious. Yes they are made of chicken, pork or any meat of your choice. The leaf is plantain leaf not banana leaf
