It's ok to take care off you to. I'm just like you, I see a Therapist once a month, just to make sure I don't slip into a Depression. Just remember to also protect your your heart ( which is not a negative thing). If you're able you may consider a memorial in Melissa's name or create a foundation which is a legal charity for ongoing funding to help others. I admire your sharing heart so open;y.
