  • The new MA 2115 is our largest manual test fixture to date.
For reliable contacting of large PCBs with the flick of a wrist.
In this hands-on clip, we demonstrate how the MA 2115 works.
    Details of the MA 2115:
With a usable area of 600 x 450 mm, our new manual test fixture is the perfect solution for contacting large PCBs. But size isn't everything: thanks to the interchangeable kit system, the MA 2115 can be customised to any testing requirement.
    More space
The large usable area of the exchangeable kit offers you maximum variety when contacting large PCBs. We have also increased the installation space between the probe plate and wiring guard plate to 100 mm. Need more? No problem: The high housing of the basic unit offers you sufficient space for any additional electronics.
    More flexibility
Do you need even more options? You can: The interchangeable kit system allows you to customise the MA 2115 to your individual testing requirements. The internal interface can be fitted with up to 14 interface blocks. You can also simply screw the pressure frame unit and the probe plate unit together to form a unit with a protected probe field.
    More safety and comfort
The housing can be opened easily and safely thanks to the gas springs, each with 300 N. Our tried-and-tested drive unit serves as the opening, closing, and contacting mechanism. Worried about the waste heat from your additional electronics? No need: the ventilation slots on the side panels ensure optimum air circulation. The basic unit also has two foldable handles on each side for improved carrying comfort.
