      Sorry for the late reply , fear is the natural phenomenon, everyone on this planet has some kind of fears . If you want to overcome your fears than you need to develop your navel center. Also try to make changes in your subconscious mind . i am coming up with the guided relaxation/meditation for fear by the end of this month . make sure you practice it .

      I can't say about enlightenment, but it was used by bhagwan buddha in his meditation, so it it is named after him,

    Can we touch the thumb directly on naval,with out clothes, will this be more helpfull,,,or does it has the same effect

      No need to remove clothes, practice normally, just place the hand in explained position close to nabi chakra

      There is no such direct mudra for finance and manifestation.
      But practice Gyan mudra, Soham mudra in meditation, this will bring clarity of mind, intuition, removes negativity.

    Some videos show that the index finger part should be pointed downwards and the thumbs upwards... Can you kindly clarify

      Technically it upwards, some ppl do it downwards because it's easy that way, see the statue of bhagwan buddha, in uttarbodhi, this mudra comes from buddha

    Ive become hyper sensitive, I take things personally, and my thinking is becoming sort irrational day by day, my chakras get imbalance daily, and self doubt, self esteem is being reduces, I though being knowledgeable cant take my tand ,sort of irrational fear, any mudra for this?

      It does not happen normally, you may be holding the mudra for long time, when ever you feel discomfort, release the mudra relax your hand nd also do wrist warm up exercises to strengthen the wrist

      Yes you can try but it is best if you practice it while sitting because while lying down you can fall asleep and may loose the contact of the fingers in this mudra

      It's much easier to hold the position of the mudra placing the thumbs up. I was struggling to keep it at my navel the original way. Then saw this comment and tried it and it just feels better, it feels right..

      You may be pressing the thumbs into the navel hardly please don't do that, try to keep the thumbs below the navel and don't apply any force

      You mean that there is no need for the thumbs of this mudra to touch the upper abdomen(solar plexus) "directly". Just placing the mudra in front of the upper abdomen will be okay?

      There is no hard and fast rule for this , u can try both ways, nd chk which works best for u, aim is to place the mudra around the abdominal region.
