Thank you for your honest comment. I am curious on how the Minister counted more than 3 million visits to this Bazaar. Another Minister defended the tendering of the Bazaar (S$2.26 million) in Parliament and said that the organiser as well as the stall holders bid for the stalls, knowing the prices and should have done their homework. There was no expression of regret at the high prices in this most expensive bazaar in the world. They are happy to have 'earned' 2.26 mil just by tendering out the bazaar. You are right. It's expensive here. Prices have gone up. They should keep prices low for Ramadan Bazaar.
@@SingaporeCityWalks even bazar become atas and glorified pasar malam in Singapore. Bazar n pasar malam shud be a place where people can buy cheap street food. Now bazar price no different with f&b price at malls. Might as well buy at mall, can enjoy free AC
@@nassrol I agree with your view. Street food should be cheap at bazaars. Wisma Geylang Serai collected a cool $2.26mil from the organisers who had to recoup the money by renting out the stalls at high prices. Who is causing the high food prices? Wisma, the organisers or the stall holders?
I see obesity is becoming a big problem in Singapore also.
Obesity is not yet a problem in Singapore. It will be in the future.
The money should spend for the poor not for bazaar don't waste food some the got bad smell
You are a good man Rahim Abdul. Be blessed 😀
Every year Geylang Bazaar same complaints… who are the people behind these high rentals? The Malay generally can’t afford. I’ll just patronise Kg Glam or those neighbourhood ones…. Sakit Hati…
Ask Wisma Geylang Serai. I am patronising the neighbourhood ones already.
Chennai will give rock bottom bargain, cheapest in the whole planet
gila semua mahal makan dan minuman. ini penjual mau naik haji pulang balik 😂. makanan dan minuman sepatutnya letak ja harga $100 alang² dh mahal nak mampus 😂
Yes, the prices are crazy and expensive.
I feel most foods and drinks are so over priced. 😒
Definitely over priced. The stall were rented out at exorbitant prices and the stall holders need to recover the costs. Authorities have to check on the organisers to stop the greed.
There will be one night when they will parade garbage trucks, dump trucks, semi-trucks and delivery trucks and vans. Wait for that..😅😂😂😂
That will be Hari Raya eve after midnight. This happens at Chinatown Chinese New Year eve too. Can't be helped.
It is just weird to line up ordinary trucks & lorries in streets and make annoying noise. It is their culture? I would understand if those trucks & lorries are pimped-up.
@@smed9481 Sorry I don't know what you are referring to. You mean the trucks and lorries that's packing up the Bazaar things are making a lot of noise?
On the night when they paraded the trucks and lorries and sounding the annoying horns and blasting loud "can't understand" music.
@@smed9481 Oh, I know what you mean now. Let's wait for it 🤣
Wa lao... Business so bad ah..? Bloody $18 k a month 😭
The authorities should step in and control the prices. This can't keep going up due to market forces. The poorer people will not get to enjoy the Ramadan Bazaar.
I was SO DAMN FRUSTRATED trying to get a look at prices on the different stalls. What a half-assed attempt at showing the bazaar. I get that your premise is just about walking around, but viewers still need a point of focus, some info that we can gain from your video.
Hi, I am sorry to have disappointed you. Indeed, my channel is about walking around. The intention is to give a flavour of the various bazaars, malls, festivals etc in Singapore. Please feel free to check out other RUclips videos. Perhaps you can get the information you wanted. I have noted your point, thank you ☺
Dear Jheemangi, I am uploading Woodlands Ramadan Bazaar today. You might like this one. Please give your comment on it 😀
pretty demanding. why don't you go there and find out yourself

Price increase, portion decrease, but food is still good. Not trash.
Worse 2023 economy bad...1x visit terus give up
2023 economy is getting bad but is slowly hitting Singaporeans. For now enjoy Raya at the neighbourhood bazaars. Thanks for your comment and for watching 🙏
