I had pneumonia every year for 5 years as a child and it turned out that I had a really infected tonsils which caused me to get pneumonia as soon as I get something as small as a common cold. If you haven’t had them removed already maybe you could look into it to see if that’s the problem. Like this and comment it so he can see it!
I also somewhat experienced what you had as a child, except it was more asthma than pneumonia. Supposedly I got pneumonia once but we think it was an over exaggeration by the doctor just because my breathing was 96/100 (which isnt far off from 100 anyway). I used to use those inhaler machines every time Id get sick. This stopped around puberty and my immune system has been extremely strong since then. I recover quicker from flues and colds and I never got covid despite being around others who have had it.
I think pneumonia is also typical of open farm growing fields. The cows and the fertilizers are literally mega-petrie dishes. I get pneumonia like that in Arizona because of that farm dust around.
@@erwina4738 Me paso lo mismo que a vos, creo que fue por esto que nunca tuve covid aunque tendría que haberlo tenido por contacto, sería como una inmunidad, no tengo amigdalas.
@erwina4738 try a mix off off lemon slices or lime and honey or try look for lemon and honey extract. Maybe it can help you with your pneumonia. And its a good natural healthy drinks too.helps soothed against coughing, throat and lungs. Lemon+honey are good Natural antispetic etc, helps fight bacteria and viruses infections etc.. I like to drink it hot or warm 2 times a day. And when i do workout i drink them too but i mixed them with cold water helps me a lot to quench my thirst and fatigues.. I used 'KMT' brand from korea. Natural extract-No preservatives and colour. I used these KMT brand for 6 months now.. Very tasty as i felt good as my health are much better now.. Try it..maybe it can help you too.😊
with pneumonia its extremely important to really cure it out. My colleague catched it spring last year. Hes fighting with it badly because he stays home two weeks, comes back to work, still caughing slighlty, and first thing he does is go all in working full power and in the rain. That more or less resets it and hes gone for another two weeks adn cycle starts again. And when you start to get sick, just a normal cold, its quite important to fully cure it as well. Otherwise pneumonia comes back fast
@Civ Div You're probably asthmatic and never got diagnosed. Talk to your doctor, State side. 🇺🇸 I take Flovent inhaler for my asthma. It has cortico steroids. Inhaling is better than injecting.
I've fucked my bronchi running, and spent a week recovering from it, felt somewhat better, went back to school, week goes by and my cough improves, and right as I'm thinking about being all right I run to catch the bus and the next morning believe it or not I started coughing and spitting out flem again, worse than last time, and that's been fucking me since December to this day, I'm almost alright again though, never going to go running in the god damn cold again
Takes about 3 months for mild pneumonia, 6 for deep and a year for double lung recovery. I have ridden the roads for 23 years now, 5 COVID bouts and cancer, I'm still here so Never give up 🙏
@@vibe9120 I wonder what causes that, I love going to run in the cold rain I'll usually do about a 2 or 3 mile run whenever I see it rain just because I like it, I don't know what it is about it. Take care of yourself, could you possibly do public speaking/ education here in the US. Explain why it is crucial for our national interest to support Ukraine. You have a compelling first hand narrative and you are well spoken.
Globalists have launched the final stage of the destruction of the Ukrainian population - borders have been closed and mobilization has been expanded, women under 60 are already being mobilized, children are being used following the example of the Hitler Youth. Globalists understand that all historically Russian territories, including the "mother of Russian cities" Kiev, will return to their homeland, to Russia, and strive to destroy as much as possible the civilian population of this unfortunate country, a fake country created by Russophobe Lenin in the southern Russian lands.
I am a young Czech volunteer and have spent about 3 months in straight firefights, i have the exact same problems as you, I have severe asthma, lung problems, and allergies to pretty much everything in nature, I mostly worked in the winters, so I didn't experience any problems other than from all of the smoke. I took a risk and volunteered for the whole summer break, taking medication such as Zenaro, inhalers, and now Symbicort, something that helped me a lot were breathing exercises to have my lungs fully opened 24/7, and of course my background in sports, I don't recommend going in such times though, I had pneumonia the whole time I was there and when I came back I had to be on 24-hour surveillance because it got so bad, pair that with a shrapnel infection that spread to my lung and now I won't make it back till next Christmas. Moral of the story, don't be an idiot and take your conditions seriously 😅 Слава Україні 🇺🇦
Dude, thank you for what you're going, but get out of here, please. You dont want to waste your life for this. Our government doesnt care, neither does West. It's like fighting against ruzzians by yourself. Conditions isnt right for this fight, maybe will be later.

my friend had the same issue, but not with pneumonia, he would get cirrhosis (he never had it before) BUT only when he moved out west to the mountains, on the east coast it went away. climates can affect people very differently it seems.
What exactly did he do? I saw many vídeo in his channel. There's not a single combat footage. Just hiding, running and getting lost ( things common in a war) ,but he only has that lol
Hey, so as a person that has several seasonal pollen allergies the medication I use is Claritine (the active substance is Loratadine I believe) it helps immensely withe the allergy and does not make me sleepy/lethargic at all, so for people struggling with allergies that are looking for other medication I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
Go to a lung specialist and make sure you don't have lesions or scar tissue on or in your lungs. Allergies may be the culprit, but I doubt it (not a doctor, btw). Get yourself taken care of while you're young before it gets worse and potentially irreversible. I have pretty gnarly allergies too, but I was fine in Iraq despite getting there in allergy season and living next to a burn pit. I got a respiratory infection, but it resolved by itself which leads me to believe there might be something more going on in your lungs. Take the time to take care of yourself. Can't help anyone if you don't help yourself first. Take care and stay strong, brother.
I thought his scarred lung tissue was already diagnosed. Regarding allergies, I've never been to Iraq, but from the outside it seems to me that pollen pollution out there in the desert would be "significantly" less than in the lush greens of Ukraine in spring. 😉
, I was in the army in the mid eighties, had allergies similar to what you describe, I was out in an Lp/op in the spring in Germany my allergies were giving me hell , I put on my protective mask (m-17) at the height of my allergy attack. It gave me almost instant relief, and ever since that day I’ve never had an allergy attack again. I’ve traveled extensively in the tropics as well as northern latitudes . May be worth giving it a shot… good luck brother!!
My dad was in the army in the mid 90s and also had horrific allergies, but only when he was living in Buffalo. Still has pretty bad allergies now but never said anything if he was affected by it when he was serving. He was also a pretty avid smoker at that time and said that if he continued smoking, he wouldn’t have been able to run anymore. I sometimes forget that there’s more things a soldier has to worry about besides seeing actual combat, but anyway thank you for your service!
I was thinking maybe mask is the way to not get contaminant like pollen. Like simple N95, not M17 that I think is more for gaz and must be very uncomfortable?
@@sergiomomesso1590 I got myself a elstometric N95 with replaceable filters, any day with high pollen or even thunderstorm asthma days, and I haven't had an issue since.
You may be allergic to local plants. Allergies are not always obvious. Allergies weaken you, cause irritation and make your body vulnerable to colds that cause pneumonia. Dont go back. When i was a young man, i used to think going to war was the ultimate measure of a man. I loved it, i loved being in combat. It is an immature way of thinking. Be productive not destructive, love someone, have a family, don't be a pawn in rich mens wars.
I worked as a grounds keeper for a few years, I also had really terrible allergies too, often developing into lung conditions. A good remedy i found was to eat about 2-3 table spoons of LOCAL RAW honey every day. Having the comb inside is preferrable, munch on that too when possible. Try to acquire the product from a source as close to the operational area as possible. Even if you don't go back, I hope this will help with your day to day.
I suffered the same allergies all my life and had chronic asthma as part of it. Not had a single allergic reaction or asthma attack since taking Relvar ellipta 8 years ago. One dose per day. I swear it changed my life from day one of taking it.
It’s horrible man, I went through a decade of getting bronchitis and or pneumonia every year, sometimes twice a year, it was always in the fall. I eventually just grew out of it and have only had it a couple times since that 10 year stint…

If anything, you can still really help any future people who're fighting in Ukraine and others by posting videos on what to train for, what ended up being the biggest tactical issues you faced, what helped you survive, etc.
My buddy found that eating local honey almost completely sorted out his allergies/hayfever. It has to be local honey apparently. And takes a while to take effect. Hesitant to mention it because it might mean i contribute to you ending up back in harms way 🙈
Yup, it's similar to immunotherapy. I had to take injections in my arm for 5 years which basically contain stuff I'm allergic to but for some people it just doesn't work.
Very very interesting. I belive there is some truth/science behind this, local honey would be made by local bees that polliante from local plants, hence any pollen in the unprocessed honey would be local. From there, perhaps your immune system can build a tolerance to it, that's as far as my knowledge on this goes though.
Get well! Im really astonished with your bravery! You already did a lot so in my opinion not going to Ukraine again would be a correct decision in your circumstances. I want you to know that we all are extremely thankful to you for helping us to defend our country. Величезне дякую від усьго серця! ❤

Hey brother! I used to get bronchial pneumonia every year. Used to be fall and spring like you said with allergies. What I have noticed outside of that is weather change, so my i work outside in weather change. When I work hard and my back get wet with sweat and I don't change my shirt before it cools down. But once I started changing my shirt out and not letting my cool shirt rest on my back, that seemed to help incredibly. I now know when between my lower shoulder blades(around your lung area) if my spine gets a cool tingle feeling then I know I have onset pneumonia and need to get my under shirt changed and try to stay dry and warm. Just to clarify, these are just what I've noticed everything since I've started paying attention to it. I might be full of shit and it's all in my head!
Hey man, i just wanted to say i appreciate the work you do in Ukraine. Keep on rocking and i hope you stay safe, especially the next time you will possibly go.
@CivDiv, if you can get your hands on any local raw (unpasteurized) honey from the areas in Ukraine you'd be in, it can practically eliminate allergies, since the pollens the bees harvest are within the honey and help with building gradual immunity. Taking a spoonful per day over 6-8 months really helps. I used to have seasonal allergies bad and meds didn't really work. The honey? Allergies gone.
Pneumonia damages and scars the lungs, and allergies like that are no joke. An attack of allergies for me can cause me to be basically useless for a whole day. And I had pneumonia recently too, in 24 hours I went from feeling ‘slightly rough’ to barely conscious in hospital with the infection, that’s a huge burden and valid fear. Keep raising awareness and raising money - you’re still doing good.
I remember reading on the news here in Sweden that pollen could travel from other parts of the world through the air and land here in Europe, that would cause us to feel allergic even during the winters. And if you add that to the Ukraine fields i bet it's 10 times the amounts than we get in our worst summers.
My brother in law had something similar. He used a nebulizer when he got home and used a humidifier and sauna daily. Took about 3 weeks, but he was good after and stopped using a vape.
Yo CivDiv, don’t self-diagnose get yourself an excellent primary care physician that you really feel a report with. Maybe it’s different if you’re going to a Veteran’s hospital? But a team of docs should be doing the thinking. All the Best Dude! 🇺🇸
Let Ukraine fight on its own, that's the truth. You helped enough, and like thousands of people, the Ukrainians still do not draw any conclusions. The war is lost anyway, so there is no point in wasting lives and money
During my prime years I would travel the midwest after large storms hit to repair damaged buildings. There was something growing in the crops that doesn't grow where I live. It hit everyone that came there to work. Locals seemed immune to it. I think it was some kind of spore, not unlike ergot. It was so hard to breathe, and the majority of our work was roofing.
I had allergies, bronchitis and pneumonia every year and getting worse until 2010. I went on a keto diet and fasting then and symptoms got tons better. Then i went full carnivore in 2018 and haven't had so much as a sniffle. As an athlete and a runner i feel i have my life back.
A VERY helpful supplement for the lungs is NAC, it helps make antioxidants and reduce mucus. It has anti inflammatory effects in the lungs. N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) its $30 for a whole bottle and is known to help covid symptoms as well and bronchitis. I hope this info helps you Homie!
Probably doesn't help that you're running through a lot of old buildings that have asbestos in them, once that shit has been demolished, blown up etc it causes tiny razor glass like particles in the air that if inhaled can and will cause severe lung damage. They made a lot of buildings with this material back in the 1950's now I'm guessing when bullets and grenades are going off in and around these places it acts as it's own weapon once these particles are released into the air. This stuff can cause lung cancer and also give off pneumonia like symptoms, it's a slow invisible killer and now days requires guys to go in with full hazmat like suits to remove it, we learn about it in the building trade and it's not to be taken lightly.
I use to have same problems while living in Toronto- high moisture level in air.Since moving to Calgary- high altitude and dry air no bronchitis or pneumonia for 15 years.Try vacation in Colorado or similar
I wish I had the mental, physical fortitude and the training to help Ukraine, but all I can do is cheer them on from here. You and everyone who goes out there to fight with them deserves the upmost respect. Once would be enough for most people, and any medical reason to exempt them from fighting would be a blessing. To want to overcome that and return to the war - a war that isn't even yours - that takes a special kind of bravery. Even if you don't end up being able to return, you've done more than most could ever do.

I have the same thing severe allergies and post nasal drip had to quit smoking kept getting bronchitis every winter for 7 years. You could try allergy shots but it has to build up in your system. You go weekly then monthly then every few month takes years to build up. For mine I use the Sudafed max strength 30mg as needed you can not take it every day it stickens your fine blood vessels it’s non drowsy it actually feels like drinking an energy drink for me. Also I’ll take the muncinex severe congestion to dry my sinuses up. You just have to keep trying different meds until you get one that works.
From my experience you gotta take allergy pills weeks before you know you’re gonna get messed up by pollen. It has to build up in your system. Allegra plus Flonase are the best you can do. Save the Sudafed and mucinex for sinus infections. Also saline solution spray to flush your nasal cavity out.
Long term stress such as being in an operational environment weakens the immune system so this also affects your ability to fight off infections such as pneumonia. And to add exogenous factors such as the cold, allergies, etc. can compound these effects making it worse.
You had freedom but your president fucked you all over. 1 simple demand from Russia, don’t expand (NATO). They had to push Russia to the point where they have to retaliate or risk dire consequences from a potential invasion
I stg I had pneumonia in basic, we were forced to stand outside in sub freezing temperature in our pt’s while it was raining. Half out platoon was sick after that. Sick call sent me away after a 2 minute examination with nothing but cough drops on two different occasions. I was sick for weeks, I didn’t truly recover until after AIT. It made literally everything extra difficult. I Can’t imagine having it in a war zone.

Being asthmatic my whole life, I have dealt with allergies and chronic bronchitis my whole life as well. It's awful and debilitating. I definitely feel for ya for chest diseases. Also, steroids are extremely common for upper respiratory infections. Most emergency asthma medications are steroid centric to dilate the bronchial tubes during an attack since most of what we suffer from is the restriction of them due to mucus seepage and tightened passageways due to stress.
I did a lot of deployments in the early 2000's. Every year I get bronchitis. I was also diagnosed with asthma. Apparently there's a strong correlation between PTSD and asthma. If you find something that works, please share it on your channel.
Cutting out gluten from the diet can help reduce allergic reactions. It helped me from going to being allergic to nearly everything and having a very bad asthma, to only having like 1-2 weeks when pollen season starts of getting used to it, but after that its fine. Giving it a try wont hurt.
I agree, a lot of doctors know that gluten can cause gut induced allergies. Even if you don't have celiac. You have to give it at least 3 months to really feel the difference. Check dr Osborne's youtube channel.
When I was 15-17 I would get pneumonia and severe chest infections every autumn and every spring. What I found helped was asthma inhalers, I was given a "relief" inhaler which is the typical one and was also given a "prevent" inhaler which contained steroids. The latter I had to take every day and sent steroids straight into my respiratory system. Once I got it my condition greatly improved, and whilst I did still come down with pneumonia twice after that is was nowhere near as severe. The main factor in my recovery however was the weather itself. It was a warm year and I was able to fully shift the virus/bacteria before getting sick again. It may be difficult but it might be worth taking even longer away from Ukraine just to ensure that you're fully healed as these things can come back even of you feel normal again.
I’ve been taking Flonase squirts daily, along with Claritin. I have a standing prescription for them, and it has helped immensely. The majority of my allergies started after I was deployed to Iraq 12 years ago.

As someone with severe seasonal allergies, i can sympathize with you on how debilitating they can be. If my allergies get bad enough, my eyes will swell shut, my throat will start to close and my nose will just not stop running. The only medication that worked for me was 180mg Telfast. But once inwas able, i went to the doctor for an allergy test and then Immunopherapy. It may benefit you aswell
Please consider wearing a FFP2 mask in the summertime or when in allergic areas (pets, super dusty etc). It cuts down 90% of the allergic reaction. It's an absolute gamer changer. You can keep it with you and just use it when the situation gets too severe; it will clear out the allergic reaction in 5-15 min.
Brother it’s war; war is hell. Nobody blames you for not wanting to go BACK to war. Take care of yourself, if it’s physically daunting for you to go back you don’t have to. Take care.
If it gets to 0° and below, train yourself to breath in through your nose and not your mouth. It makes a huge difference, while the air gets warmed significantly (if you inhale at 4° air temp, the huge surface area gets the air to body temp before she reaches the lungs) it also gets moisturized. Cold air is dry air, so breathing through the mouth dries the mucous membrane and makes it more vulnerable for the unfiltered stuff you breath in. The nose filters alot of dust and particles aswell and its membrane is stuffed with immun system cells.

I had the worst allergies that totally would drag me down. I hated taking all those pills or have worse compounded reactions that would require Benadryl - a drug that makes ya feel extremely lethargic but better than the reactions themselves. Luckily the allergies started to slowly resolve on their own after I turned 28 -now 38. There are only a couple pollens that get to me in the spring now - likely lilac or something else that blooms at that time that only lasts about a week or two. Was great to be able to see my allergy pills packs expire before I used them all. Hopefully Civ Div's allergies resolve on their own too.
When i was in usmc bootcamp everyone in my platoon got this nasty pneumonia that lasted for weeks, mine lasted for at least 2 or 3 months. Just this nasty persistent cough. Ive heard stories of people almost dying cause they couldnt breathe during runs or were coughing up blood. I think it was from TB because one of my friends got diagnosed with TB.
That happens every single cycle and still happens to this day. It was so bad that whenever there was a brief moment of silence in the classroom all you could hear was coughing. Every single person that went to medical for their cough got diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection.
Hi, I’m from Belgium and here we have Bellozal which is for allergies but you need a doctor’s prescription, it doesn’t have the side effect that make you sleepy. Maybe you can find it elsewhere under some other name. As far as you get sick every time you get there, sometimes there are signs that you can’t ignore, maybe you’re meant to be somewhere else
Nasal spray + eyedrops were a game-changer for me. Same seasonal allergies you describe, my whole life. I used to take pills, but as you say they eventually made me drowsy. The effects are more local and not body-wide. Mometasone (nasal) and Olopatadine (eyes)
Nasal and eye drops works fine, but in order to stand against all of the negatives u most like have to take some antihistamines, antihistamines can make u drowsy however, so make sure u take the right kind of pills, there is weaker antihistamines out there that doesent cause drowziness, i know because i been taking them my whole life during the spring/summers , the antihistamines we got in sweden against pollen allergies does not cause drowziness, the only antihistamines that does that we prescribe is for sleep aid
I get pneumonia like that in Arizona because of that farm dust around.

with pneumonia its extremely important to really cure it out.

And nowadays there are pill form of the immunotherapy. Cheap for the benefit you get.

We are so grateful for your help from Ukraine ❤
Wish you all the best

@@Oliver_07380 his family had already reported he was being tortured. I don't have a dog in the fight I don't support either side. It would be naive to not acknowledge Ukraine as being most corrupted country in Europe, even before war started.
Gluten have nothing to do with pollen allergy bro, it wont help what so ever, unless u got some placebo.
it also prevents your penis from flying off.
I agree, a lot of doctors know that gluten can cause gut induced allergies. Even if you don't have celiac. You have to give it at least 3 months to really feel the difference. Check dr Osborne's youtube channel.
I thought once you get pneumonia you were more susceptible to it later on.
I caught pneumonia so bad at basic that I couldn’t continue. You’re a tougher man than me going back for more 😂. Keep up the good fight man
I’ve been taking Flonase squirts daily, along with Claritin. I have a standing prescription for them, and it has helped immensely. The majority of my allergies started after I was deployed to Iraq 12 years ago.
I'm a married dad with no military experience.
I write to our representatives. I sent 12 aid packages to Ukraine/Poland. I continue to buy from, and donate to, UA charities. I have met Ukrainian refugees and helped them connect with other local Ukrainians to expand their support network and resettlement efforts.
If combat in Ukraine isn't in the cards for you, know that you've done more than most of the rest of us can already, and no doubt can do more from the sidelines with your skill set. Welcome to the rear my friend. lol.
Take care.
Diphenhydramine, the main ingrediant in allergy medicines can in fact be used short term for anxiety symptoms.
If it gets to 0° and below, train yourself to breath in through your nose and not your mouth. It makes a huge difference, while the air gets warmed significantly (if you inhale at 4° air temp, the huge surface area gets the air to body temp before she reaches the lungs) it also gets moisturized. Cold air is dry air, so breathing through the mouth dries the
mucous membrane and makes it more vulnerable for the unfiltered stuff you breath in. The nose filters alot of dust and particles aswell and its membrane is stuffed with immun system cells.
100 percent. Always warm air and never drink cold water

Thank you very much for everything you have done and continue to do for Ukraine! thank you and huge respect! thank you to everyone who supports Ukraine!
You are incredible ! Thank you for all you’ve done for my country ❤
Damn dude, I hope you're doing okay on your current trip. I feel like you can still have a huge impact without being there, you do so much for the other guys even with just this channel. Maybe you could do full-time logistical support and fundraising?
Find out who your fighting and dying for before going in that mess😅

Like what help ? Fighting in US proxy war ? I am sure Ukrainians will curse west after war !
Yo, Im sure you have, but please get your PFTs done and see a pulmo. The exposures of dust, sand, digging, burning, smoking, and everything else adds up. Im in my early thirties and have similar issues as you. Although, I haven't served and had your experiences. Ive worked in construction, done heavily welding and some smoking. Smoking yes added, but all the exposures did the bulk of the damage. I get bronchitis now multiple times a year and although I look healthy this is a limit I am accepting.
Currently, changing careers as the environment I once thrived in now me sickness. Its been hard being honest with my myself but your honesty is truly helpful. You inspire me in many ways and I can attest that listening to your body in this way will serve you.
The exacerbations of bronchitis and pneumonia do longterm damage every-time. And you deserves all the strength you have left. The good you can do stateside with your understanding will fair exceed a few more tours. Let your inspiration and visual legacy inspire and guide the next generation and serve at home with your wisdom. We need you.
@Wh1stle_03 u just unlocked a memory for me, in the middle of the nigh i remember the whole squad bay be coughing 😭
