Wait... People hate this one? I thought it was the best one out of all the first 4 games, I remember that I loved the concept of only one enemy being able to kill you while the others just play a support role to him, literally the best gameplay (at least for me)
@@Angel-2-7- Not the entire game. Just, i've heard TONS of "Game is too easy! Jumpscares are crap!" Both of which i disagree with. Lore and secrets are still getting praised to the heavens to this day, which i also agree with
Ah yes FNAF 3, aka the exact opposite of FNAF 2. While FNAF 2 was chaotic and mostly RNG chaos, FNAF 3 is skillful and controlled. Springtrap, who we later find out in the game being the child murderer Purple Guy himself is a great antagonist, and firmly planted himself as a horror ICON. And finding out the lore is done some of the best, yeah it's cryptic half the time to find, but unlike FNAF 2 it kind of spells it out for you, even having a Good ending as you free all the childrens souls from these animatronics they've been trapped in for 30+ years. It's not my absolute favorite entry (that goes to Sister Location, FNAF 4, and Pizzeria Simulator In that order of least best to most best) but it is a fitting conclusion to the original trilogy.
in case you never found out that "acorn kid" is a phantom version of balloon boy, and if you ever saw that scary puppet blocking your screen that was the marionette from fnaf 2, he was the one that was in the music box in fnaf 2
i recommend hearing the calls as good as possible because they tell you thinks about the story/lore. The calls after night 2 start to be old audio training tapes for the first restaurant fredbears familly diner (i think)
Since you played through the first and second game already I think it's okay to tell you all of this. It's a lot to process but I hope you will read it. So there is subtle storytelling in these games. Some trivia about the first game. In the first game there are some posters on the cameras that tell you some of the lore behind the series. In the first game they tell you something about how five children were murdered by someone that had lured them into the back rooms of the pizzeria. The bodies were never found but a few days later odor started coming from the animatronics so I'm sure you can guess where the bodies went. And it's presumed that those five kids possessed all the robots and they are coming after you a night guard they think is their killer. And yes I said there were five kids. You may have noticed there was only four animatronics in the first game but there is actually a secret fifth one called Golden Freddy that will randomly teleport in your office and if you don't put your camera up he will jumpscaare you and crash your game. It's rare to see him though. Interestingly before he appears you can hear the laugh of a little girl which supports that they are possessed. If you played the sixth night in Fnaf 2 you would have recieved another phone call that drops that someone had used one of the extra suits to lure some kids away to kill them just like the posters in the first game had said so it is a prequel. And in that night you would also face Golden Freddy as a new threat in the night. It's presumed that his suit was used for the crime. That's why some people were upset you didn't do the sixth night since you missed some of the story and didn't get to face Golden Freddy. They didn't want you to miss that because of how important the night was. Some more trivia about the second game. Sometimes when you die you would get some 8-bit style minigames that tells you more stories from the past. One is how another kid was murdered and became the puppet (the animatronic the music box stopped and arguably one of the most powerful of the animatronics). You saw the murder go down as well. In it you see a kid is locked outside the restaurant and a mysterious purple figure drives up in a car, gets out, kills the kid, and drives away. And after that the puppet of all things jumpscares you. Another clue that the kid is the puppet is the tear marks under the eyes that were left on the 8 bit image of their dead body. It matches up with the look of the puppet. In the other minigames you see this purple figure of a man in other scenarios where he has more victims and messes with the company and the animatronics. The Fnaf community collectively refers to him as the purple guy. He's probably the most infamous figure in the franchise. I advise that you remember what this Purple Guy has done⬅⬅⬅⬅⬅⬅⬅⬅⬅⬅⬅⬅⬅⬅⬅ As you may have noticed in the Fnaf 3 minigames he is stil lscrewing with the animatronics. Also in this game phone guy in the recordings mentions animatronics that double as suits and animatronics with springlock devices that can control which mode they are in. And you may or may not be facing the last of them. Interestingly enough those models were discontinued before Fnaf 2 and there's a good reason for that. If you get a good look at Springtrap (the animatronic) you may be able to tell why the suits were discontinued. And that's all I'm able to tell you at this point that you may have missed.

Spring trap is the one that jumpscared you first and is in the main menu screen. Its the only real animatronic and can kill you in game. To let him not go to your office use the play audio button and make it on the camera where you want spring trap to be. but you can only use the play audio button on a camera next too spring trap as i know. Spring trap was one of the first animatronics in 1973 on the first restaurant named fredbears familly dinner, there was 2 animatronics named spring bonnie and fredbear. after fredbears familly dinner closed the suits of this old animatronics was made into a safe room. In fnaf 2 night 6 call you hear phone guy saying something about someone used one of the suits, it is a yellow one. (spring trap is actually yellow but it looks kinda green cuz its old) after the man used the suit as phone guy said he got locked inside the suit and died. Thats why you can look sometimes through spring traps mouth and see something hiding inside. after the man got into the suit the animatronic wasnt called spring bonnie anymore, he is called from now on spring trap because of the trapped person. and this trapped person is the purple guy in the mini games after a night. Fnaf 3 is playing 30 years after the closing of freddy fazbears pizzeria meaning the game plays in 2023 also: you are playing the son michael afton in that game as the security guard, its the son of william afton and william afton is the purple guy from the mini games that is in spring trap. and if you hear spring trap in the vents then close them fast or he can get into your office very quick
It’s also because Scott wanted a color to associate William with so that when he uses purple text or anything purple people automatically know its related to the aftons so some parts of the story can be connected :)

What's wrong with the audio? There's no ambiance or static at all.
