Lovely memories were evoked from your lovely video. Many years ago I used to take the ferry from Yarmouth to Lymington and wander the tracks through the forest and along the river where I caught the occasional brown trout, So different from my NZ home.
@@stevensad38 Glad it brought back good memories. We have taken that ferry many times ourselves for walks on the Isle of Wight. Whereabouts in NZ are you? My sister is in Dunedin.
@@catherinewalks1207 I am in Southshore, Christchurch. The Port Hills, Banks Peninsula walkways, and Burwood Forest are all within easy reach, plus the beach and Coastal Tracks. There is plenty to keep us occupied.
Thank you, beautiful. This reminded me of a poem called Autumn Colours, which I have never been able to find again. I recited it at my primary school Harvest Festival in the church many years ago. Nice paintings at the end, did you do those? Amazing! Take care.
Thank you for sharing your paintings at the end of the video - it would be great to see more if that's something you are interested in making a video about.
I was just going to ask if you had a background in photography, cinematography, or painting because your films are always so wonderfully artistic in their framing and presentation -- and then you answered it at the end. Beautiful work.
Beautiful colours with some wonderful light and shadow play Catherine, loved the watercolours at the end.👍👍
@@anthonypayne1 Thanks Anthony, one of the few sunny days so far this autumn/winter!
