Wow, this is amazing the technique he uses at 4:01, sounding like a ratcheting effect on a synth, I had never heard a guitarist do that ! I wonder how it's done... It sounds fantastic.
Fender, you omitted my favorite feature from the original Marine Layer... Pre-Delay! It's an essential parameter control to dial in the size of the space and keep the reverb from muddying up the note attack.
To provide true stereo operation they'd have to duplicate all of the circuitry (=$$$) for the second channel. I guess it's made for guitar and guitars generally have mono output.
How much money do i need to pay for a stereo version, and age ability to set the other channel in a different reverb mode. Like having channel A set to a room, and Channel B set to a Hall or something
Muito bom. Seria interessante se fosde possivel linkar com o acionamentonde outro pedal. Cada pedal acinado, previamente programado, acionaria o reverb programado em questao! Mas muito interessante o timbre! Very good!
I'm having a hard time understanding the point of this pedal. Why not just have one set of controls and be able to save two presets you can switch between? Alternatively, they could have included a new mode, like spring, and have the independent channels have their own type of reverb. So one channel is spring and the other is hall. Then you could run the spring reverb into a hall reverb. I love running dual reverbs like this. The sustain is cool though.
Very nice sounding reverb for sure, but... the "Bypass" LED being lit when the reverb is activated? 🤔 By that logic, when the reverb "A" LED is lit, reverb "B" should be working (which would make no sense). A lit LED indicates that a function is active, but this pedal is not bypassed when that LED is lit. IMO, since that LED lights when the reverb is active, it would've made more sense to label that switch "On/Off", not "Bypass".
Why do most Reverbs or delays NEVER have a Gain control? This lifts the signal which can become lost when the effect is activated. Line 6 didn't put one on their Delay so I asked why. When the rack Delay came out, it was on there. A friend built me a reverb pedal with gain and if you cranked it it sounded like the amplifier was really working.
Sounds like a good pedal but I still think the Walrus Audio SLO is still a bit versatile in the different tones and isn’t as big of a pedal as this one is
There’s definitely way better pedals out there. Fender is trying to pull a Yamaha. “Well Yamaha makes my boat motor so I guess I’ll buy their saxophone too 🤷♂️”
@@CW0123 exactly! But I do use their full moon distortion which is pretty impeccable for a distortion pedal. But I think their pedals are hit and miss.
This is definitely the reverb I’ll put on the new board. The best thing about losing your ass in a divorce, is your new girlfriend buying-back the stuff you had to sell
That is some luscious reverb! The guitarist doing the demo is excellent.

Whoa! What a lush sounding pedal!
I really don't understand the mono only option. Like why not include stereo ports? It could make this pedal even better.

Love all demos done by Nicholas! After one of those I've bought my lovely Duo Sonic guitar :)
Well done Fender, well done
Must have one of these units ,and before Christmas, Thanks, Dan MC Donnell.
🤩 Can’t wait to buy my first Fender Guitar and learn how to play🙏🏾
So beautiful 😭
Young mate on the guitar is pretty bloody alright 👍🏽
Beautiful guitar!
Does thr reverb mode switch apply to both channels at the same time or to the channel A only?
I like pink cotton candy too!
Lovely pedal :)
Hello, the bypass botton of my pedal makes a lot of noise, is this normal ? By the way, very useful tutorial, thanks !
it's just beautiful, i want one of those
very very very nice! :D these pedals are amazing
What’s the little platform that the pedal is on? Can you buy that?
I'd like to see spring rev too in this pedal

Make a video on the Fender Telecaster Like the one waylon used
The intro could be used for weddings as well as funerals. Lots of emotions.
😍😍😍 tengo el primero, me falta ese!!! 😍
Mateus Asato would love this pedal.

Esse e top demais 😃👏🖐️
Me Acabo de Enamorar 😔😍
It's a pity this doesn't have the modulated reverb from the original Marine Layer
And they should let you layer the two reverbs. Maybe next time when they update.

Fender should call the sustain buttin, "Instant Eric Johnson"
Would love to get it someday if I will be able to get the money 😅

Awesome pedal at a great price. *** Use to be a great price.***

The tones that you can create with this pedal are amazing. Great job Fender!
Needs pre-delay..
and stereo output
Tiago Garcia please
lost me at 0:06
🥺
It needs am Expression pedal

Man, I wish everyone would stop using those blindingly sharp lights on pedals
Would be cool if those were soft amber color.
It's very useful on stage
@@Fenix_the_12 Maybe they could add a small switch for it. Then everyone could be satisfied.
For me personally it’s a real pain in the neck
@@Williamwerenberg I might be wrong but I think there is a switch to turn it on and off.
@@lessylessy this is correct. All Fender pedals that are part of the new line are able to have the backlighting turned off.

The fact that it's not stereo shows how out of touch Fender is.
God this thing is so disappointing when you actually play it
Mono only, and therefore useless as a reverb. The Tre-Verb is Fender's only stereo reverb.
