Hey, I have a question every time I turn on and sign into my computer windows PowerShell opens and to me it looks like commands are popping up so I don't know if I got hacked or something or if it's just a computer file that's popping up that's not supposed to be I've scanned my device and nothing seems to be slowing down or not working correctly I've done a deep offline scan and I've also done several regular scans nothing seems to be wrong I just wanna know why the PowerShell keeps opening up and things keep popping up on my computer right when I open it the PowerShell closes before I can see what the string of text is inside the PowerShell box sometimes it's multiple boxes sometimes it's just 2 PowerShell boxes so do you have any idea what could possibly be going on?

If you are encountering an I/O device error while trying to clean your external hard drive using Command Prompt, it indicates that there may be an issue with the input/output operations on the device. Here are some steps you can take to try and fix this issue:
Check the Connections: Ensure that the external hard drive is properly connected to your computer and that the cables are not damaged. Try using a different USB port or cable to rule out any connection issues.
Run CHKDSK: You can try running the CHKDSK (Check Disk) utility to scan and fix errors on the external hard drive. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type the command chkdsk /f X: (replace X with the drive letter of your external hard drive) and press Enter. This will attempt to fix any file system errors on the drive.
Update Device Drivers: Make sure that the device drivers for your external hard drive are up to date. You can do this through Device Manager in Windows.
Use a Different Computer: If possible, try connecting the external hard drive to a different computer to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the drive or the computer.
Check for Physical Damage: Inspect the external hard drive for any physical damage such as dents, scratches, or signs of water damage. Physical damage can sometimes cause I/O errors.
Data Recovery Software: If you are unable to resolve the I/O device error and you have important data on the external hard drive, consider using data recovery software like Hetman Partition Recovery to recover your files before attempting any further troubleshooting.
If none of these steps resolve the I/O device error, it is possible that the external hard drive may be failing and you may need to consider replacing it.

You can scan your files with the free version of Hetman Partition Recovery software. It will show you the files it can find for recovery. In the preview window you will see if your files are corrupted or not.
In case everything is fine, you will be able to register and recover your files
