Idk if you alredy find it, but this are the evangelion rebuilds movies, a remake/reboot/sequel (it’s not clear) of evangelion! The first one are the first 6 episodes of neon genesis, but the other 2 change the story! Isn’t good like neon genesis but it’s ok I guess
The editing program I use is called "Adobe Premiere Pro" and I always set the sequence settings to 60fps (also the screen at 1920X1080) and then render (or export, whatever you decide to call it) at the matching settings. There are also various ways to improve the frame-rate of a clip if the final outcome isn't good enough but that's where things can get REALLY complicated.
