    淮山腰果桃膠素湯
    材料:
    新鮮無花果2個
    淮山30克(6片)
    桃膠20克
    蓮子20克
    南杏10克
    紅棗(已去核)5粒
    腰果15粒
    處理:
    1. 桃膠,放入有蓋玻璃盤,加入大滾水,冚蓋,浸5分鐘。
    2. 蓮子、淮山、腰果、紅棗及南杏,清水浸。
    3. 無花果,清水浸。
    4. 桃膠,搖晃盤子,再浸3分鐘。
    5. 洗乾淨煲。
    烹調:
    1. 無花果,剪去椗及綠色部分,放煲內。
    2. 桃膠,加入凍水,除去雜質,放碗內,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,放煲內。
    3. 其餘材料,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,放煲內。
    4. 加入清水2升。
    5. 大火滾起,轉中慢火,煲45分鐘。
    6. 完成,可享用。

    Ingredients:
    Fresh figs 2 Nos.
    Yam 30g (6 slices)
    Peach gum 20g
    Lotus 20g
    South apricot kernels 10g
    Red dates (seedless) 5 Nos.
    Cashew nuts 15 Nos.
    Preparation:
    1. Peach gum, put in a glass ware (with lid). Add in boiled-up water. Cover it up. Soak for 5 minutes.
    2. Lotus, yam, cashew nuts, red dates and south apricot kernels, soak in tap water.
    3. Figs, soak in tap water.
    4. Peach gum, shake the ware. Soak for 3 more minutes.
    5. Rinse a pot.
    Steps:
    1. Figs, cut its anchors and green areas. Put in the pot.
    2. Peach gum, add in cold water. Remove impurities, put in a bowl. Rinse thoroughly. Drain. Put into the pot.
    3. The rest of ingredients, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Put into the pot.
    4. Add in 2L of water.
    5. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame. Boil for 45 minutes.
    6. Complete. Serve.
