@@ChrisBenchweb Yes. John Hawke's moved, then (I think) eventually closed. Bega's is called Vega's (I think) and the neighborhood it's in is "gentrifying". And, sadly, the Sidney Hi building was torn down. Oh, yes, and Jeffrey Dahmer is no longer killing people in the area. Lots of changes.
Although it's been 30 years since I lived there, Milwaukee will always be home for me. I'm still a hardcore Bucks and Marquette fan, even some UWM love, since I went to school there.
