A PERFECT DAY AT BLUE SPRING STATE PARK, FLORIDA

Winter in Florida is pretty magical - Sunny with temperatures in the 70's makes the weather absolutely perfect for a visit to one of Florida's 175 State Parks. We met up with our friends Nick and Lindsay, as well as their sweet kiddos, for a picnic and some fun at Blue Spring State Park.
Besides being known for for its crystal clear waters right off of the St. John's river, Blue Spring State Park is also known for being a great place to see manatees! When the temperatures get cooler here in Florida, the manatees will come by the hundreds to stay warm in the constant 72° spring fed waters of the Blue Spring run.
It was such a beautiful day to explore the park, to see God's creation up close, and to make memories with our children and our friends. Florida is a great place to live, filled with stunning landscapes and natural parks and pretty consistent weather throughout the year. We're blessed to call this our home and are excited about what adventures we'll find ourselves on in the future!
