    Are noncompete agreements now Federally illegal?
    A recent law has been issued by the Federal Government that makes it impossible for employers to limit their former employees from competing with them. John Sauer, expert attorney at Goodspeed and Merrill, gives it about a 10 percent chance of not being overturned in court.
