This guy get it right with the shrimp fried rice. Cook the rice and add the shrimp separately instead of cooking the shrimp WITH the rice. That way you have two distinct taste. Fried rice with shrimp in it instead of some shrimpy tasting fried with with shrimp.....that drives crazy.

憶測ですが油通しだと結構食感が残るから焼肉と食べるならしなっとする炒めの方がいいのかなと
