This and you are so incredibly awesome!! I see so many strengths that I want to constructively critique on because you have an incredible strength. For one practice your breath controls: take an average of how many breaths you take in one minute, time it within 60 seconds, ( in and out is one breath) normal breaths. Then, take a deep long breath hold it for a few seconds as long as you can and let it out very slowly, (the reason you want to hold it as long as you can is because the longer you hold it the more oxygen gets to your nerves blood vessels brain and muscle system as a whole), then do another deep long breath all the while timing how many you took both times (normal breathing, slow deep breathing). You’ll notice you’re taking less more energetic breaths breathing slower and more concise. The goal is, as ninjas do, to harness as much oxygen on a regular basis every day so that when you actually need the strength to accomplish, say rock climbing, your strength levels at the times you need strength, are super powerful on demand. Not to mention that when you’re breathing slower on a regular basis everything around you seems almost like Neo in the Matrix, you can see things coming or like The Flash in Batman 😂. Another thing with your climbing, when you have to use your arms to pull up or your legs take a few deep breaths before you actually leap so all of you makes the leap not just your hands or feet. When you’re grabbing use your whole hand unless you actually can only use some fingers. Finally with your breathing exercises use a rubber sponge ball to strengthen your grip while you breathe, combine each breath with the squeeze on the ball and hold the squeeze as you breathe. Example: each breath you take in very slowly and powerfully utilizing your whole lung capacity you’re squeezing the ball as one, when you hold that breath you stop squeezing but don’t let go of the ball. When you breath out very slowly and concisely you squeeze again more until you’ve released that breath, then you release the grip, all the while keeping concise control of the grip as well as the breath all as one unit. You are your breath. The only thing we as humans have control over in life is our breathing. The one thing in life that we do as humans from the time we are born till we take our last is breathing. If you can control your breathing on a regular basis and slow it down whenever you’re afraid or just really need a quick “breather” so to speak 😂 you will be able to Master Anything literally ✨💫💎
So sorry this is so long, I’m just really excited for you and also most importantly, for me that is, I just got my first van and I love it. You’re the reason I started even contemplating it. Anyway really happy for you Hobo Ahle love what you’re doing ❤✨💫💎

I noticed the other day that I can't type with my right hand as well as with my left. An electromyogram shows it is probably due to an old neck injury, that I don't remember, a pinching of a nerve where it exits the spine. This made me appreciate how important it is to protect my spine. Once a nerve can't communicate with a limb the muscle in the limb can atrophy irreversibly.

@@HoboAhle I don't know what I'd do with hydrogen peroxide. You need to SOAK an injury like that, hold a tissue on it that's soaked with hp (a bit diluted with water to protect your skin), and do that over several days for something that deep.

So nice to see you posting more and experiencing more than just minimalist living in a car. You are a beautiful young lady with a beautiful spirit. I just love your narrating, you are a natural at it and your voice is so pleasant to the ears. Your climbing skills have gotten stronger, but just be careful, rock is not forgiving. I think my climbing days are over, then again I will be turning 70 this year. Lol live, love, laugh.

Aren't you worried that a section like that (that section you are hanging on at 2:00) will just break off of the face of the bigger rock? That looks scary. Good job on the climbing.

I'm an avid couch potato and think I'll stick with it. No rocks, mountains or skyscrapers for me. The only thing I'm good at other than the couch is climbing into bed at 9 P.M. sharp. Your one very brave girl...keep climbing.

Good climbing video I'm glad you didn't hurt yourself real bad. I have a question though on the trickster what if somebody doesn't know about that rock and really hurts themselves on it. I mean I know of several places that people climb that has a diagram or sign on maps of local spots is that the case.

"After the arrival of the Spanish, native people continued to visit Hueco Tanks, looking for water and shelter. The Kiowa, Mescalero Apache, Comanche, Tigua and the people of Isleta del Norte Pueblo consider the site to be a meaningful part of their heritage. Their rock images are of handprints, dancing figures, horses, weapons and humans in European clothing. These images may show stories of celebration, tradition, conflict and change."
But rocks have been deliberately damaged by climbers at Hueco Tanks - to enhance the sporting experience of visitors. SHAME!
