Professor , f Adverbs example 2 i think we should say (Only when the last person had left. Did she sit down and try to relax), i think there will be inversion. The same thing with the examle 3, there is a an inversion in the first clause (not only is Samantha great ,but she is also she is intelligent)

Hello Mariem, no. Not the way you mentioned here. And you can remove "she" from the other sentence because it is not necessary. Revise my lesson on CONJUNCTIONS to understand them better.
