- A random segment of 99-cent store items from The Tonight Show with Jay Leno from September 6, 2006. Not sure why I have this, but it's not on RUclips, so here it is. Apologies for the low quality.

The 99-cent segment, and Headlines, were the best. Jay was so talented and I wish he'd return. Late night TV is garbage today (2023) and not worth watching. Jay and Kevin were the best. (and Johnny and Ed). Those were the days of real talent, now long gone.
The Wiener Nougats are still being made. It's a FINNISH COMPANY. Still on their website.
I took a picture of a Chinese restaurant on LA called “My Dung”. I should have sent it to Jay.
We actually had that giant remote for my dad when he developed MS.
One of my favorites from any segment was "Sex Positions for the Recovering Knee Surgery Patient".😂😂
Takes me back. Crack sandwich and Tuna flavored drink, one of my favorites as a child. With a wiener nougat for dessert.
Back when the 99 cent store actually was a 99 cent store. You can't even get a little bag of hot cheetos for under a buck now.

Ok, Wiener Nougat isn´t that funny. Such as Wiener Schnitzel - means ...from Vienna.
It's always nice to find an episode you haven't seen before, it's like brand new to me

Very funny. With the Snoopy bag it sounds like an edit after Jay says "How "Think".
The best thing is the disdain in Jay's toss when he is done with it.
The person laughing extra loud for crack sandwich is so funny.
