Great video! Beautiful footwork!! By the way, as a pro coach myself, I would have her try closing the grip a bit more on her slice backhand. It would definitely give her more weight on her shot and prevent the ball from possibly "floating".
Thank you for great information specially about diet. We are vegetarian and my 8 yrs old son plays lot of tennis. I try to make sure he gets healthy balanced meal but always feel like he is missing out on healthier options by not eating meat. This video has given me relief knowing that how you have felt changing your diet to vegetarian. I love your meal ideas and will definitely try rice and jam for my son. I do avoid giving him artificial sugar but we usually get limited vegetarian options while travelling. A jar of jam is easy to carry and can utilise it with rice or wholemeal bread.

Nice video .. thank you .. incorrect on the serve though .. your head moves before you make contact .. losing power .. and all the best servers keep the right leg behind (it kicks up in the air), which keeps one up and sideways as long as possible and one uses the racket head speed and legs for the power.
how on earth can she still dream of winning the wimbledon? she is 31, 400 + in the WTA ranking.. and spiralling down.,.i wish her all the best but it's impossible.. sorry to say..

Ula looks like an Elf from a Harry Potter movie. A very beautiful face and a very pleasant sound of the voice to hear.
