@@jjs8426 maybe because they used table salt the oiling after didn't hurt it too much. I've never used that on a steak.
Yeah you’re a prick
I see no differance in salt or oil unless it has a huge part in the dish. It doesn't have any browning or crust doe. And its the same cut of meat throughout. And the amount of pepper is subjective. U just wanna get mad about anything
Didn’t season for shit why do people only use salt and pepper that fucking gross
Wouldn’t it make more sense to put the oil on before the spices? 😂
I wouldn't think so
Yes❤
Thats what I said
If you put oil first, the meat wont receive the initial seasoning very well as the oil will prevent it from getting into the meat until after the oil is absorbed by the meat therefore if you season it first, there will be a much better crust of seasoning. Technically you shouldn’t even oil the steak, it would be the pan that gets the oil but since it’s going in the air fryer, it makes more sense to oil the steak after the seasoning is well adhered to the meat.

@@Thatsright-tr2ks Call me crazy but i like bottom round just as much as t-bone or prime rib, but that's just me. I dont think you have to fork out $20 bucks for a steak when you cant do just as good for $10. For me personally i use Texas Roadhouse steak seasoning and i love A-1 when i eat it, but with a good steak a little salt and pepper is sometimes all you need. Some people season steak to the point of actually taking away from the flavor of the meat itself. Some rub a little olive oil on each side and a little salt. A little garlic salt is good also. Some people use nothing at all. Wrapping in foil is a great way to keep it juicy and retain flavor. Let us know how it goes.
