      Seems like a lot of hype I bet once everyone tries them then sales will start to decline quite quickly like the cupcake craze. Many of those unbox reviews seem to say meh they’re an ok cookie

      @@behindthebuild8016bingo! You got it in one. I know people who used to work there and one who was the last person there from the stores opening and then their hours were basically given to people who barely stay for 3 weeks before quitting.

    Great information Tariq I appreciate your insight especially that my partner and I have been blessed to become a NEW Crumbl Franchise Partner in Ohio. And yes they do an unbelievable job with their marketing and branding.

    It seems like its just a matter of time before Crumbl expands into more food or drinks selections, it will be a success. They have the following to support and push product awareness.

      That’ll be interesting. Often places that successful, have a “don’t fix it if isn’t broken” approach/ but I’d be curious to see if they do.

    All of this is right and I think the employees all feel like they own it so they comment on the youtube pages to make it spread even further. They are very engaged. Of course the rotating menu and youtubers in the spotlight just bring more fans in because everyone feels like their review matters. Very smart marketing for sure!

    Things to know, these bakeries have no food scores. This means that there are little to no food safety standards in place. No one is serve safe certified. People sit on ingredients, don’t wear hair nets, don’t change glove and don’t label things. Raw dough goes out constantly. Most workers don’t really care. There are no standards or respect for others, and you get what you get when you come thought the door. On top of that, this company doesn’t understand, the basics of how kitchens work. They use digital tickets and their ticket system is all kinds of messed up. So when someone new jumps on the line to help they have no clue who’s order it is which causes longer wait times.

    I applied for a job at a Crumbl location in a bigger city. I was told I’d receive $9 an hour but with tips it’d be 10-11. That’s nothing

    I have a question about franchise fees. I am reviewing the FDD of a franchise I am interested in but on top of the royalty, marketing and technology fee, there is a monthly 40 percent of sales as management fee. I feel that's a lot. Any insight

    Most territories are sold out, a lot of crumbl locations in my area in southern Californian are poorly run, I think they are growing too fast and the operation is suffering

    • @TariqJohnson
      @TariqJohnson  Год назад +1

      They sold out like hot cakes...or hot cookies? Bad joke ... On a serious note, if they are poorly run that would be at a franchisee level. Each location is individually owned and operated.

    I feel like the second secret would only work if the business is already profitable. Also, these influencers wouldn't help promote any products unless they are getting paid to do so. Please let's be real🙄.

    • @TariqJohnson
      @TariqJohnson  9 месяцев назад

      Interesting, I wonder if they did pay them. I think it could've been one of those things that got so much buzz that the influencers did it to chase views on a hot topic, not that they were getting paid. Both do happen for sure.
