You can see Karyn has a lot of energy and enjoys talking to people. Her lifestyle is definitely paying off. You would never know she is 74.

The word is “restaurateur”.
Restauranteuse is the female version in French, we just use the male one in English (like we took chauffeur - but chauffeuse would be a female driver!)
