My 100th ski day of the season: Skiing Skyward at Whiteface Mountain

- I've skied 100 days this season! Here's a few runs from my 100th day at Whiteface Mountain in the Adirondacks. I accomplished this goal on March 12, 2024.
Whiteface Ski Area is located near Lake Placid, New York, in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. The area, including Whiteface Ski Area, hosted the 1980 Winter Olympics. Whiteface Ski Area is home to the greatest vertical of any ski area in the east.

Congrats! Any chance you can post videos of the trails used for the 1980 Olympic runs?
Yeah that’s a good idea. One of them is natural snow only these days and it’s not open. Another is partially open, but I could show off what is open.
I did ski part of the women’s downhill in this video (Skyward). And I did ski part of the men’s downhill (Niagara and Victoria)

@@LincolnintheAdirondacks How do you like them? I am considering these for my east coast daily driver
I’ve only really been able to ski them in spring conditions, but so far so good on that front. I’d been skiing the Stance 90 prior to the QST and these feel a bit better in mashed potatoes, etc
@@LincolnintheAdirondacks I figured it would excel in spring conditions, the only thing that gives me pause is how it will perform on the normal hard pack is east coasters encounter. Torn between this ski and the maverick
