"Space required -- measures mesiodistal width of all teeth". May I humbly ask, isn't it for MDA, the lower incisors are used for the formula, not during computation of the space required? I think ,For the maxillary arch, the original logbook is correct and need not be changed.

The literature told us, we shroud use MD width of the lower incisors only but not upper. incase in exam, you were given the Arch Length of the upper, and told to determine the discrepancy , will you use the lower Arch length or upper? thanks
