Dax Riggs is my favorite vocalist of all time. As you said he has a very intense style of singing., anything from Acid Bath to solo work. Excellent vocalist
Most people arent going to be old enough to have ever seen acid bath live. Wish these guys would get back together, there are a ton of great bassists that would be honored to jump in
He's actually yanking his pubic hair out when he has his hand in his pocket, to make the screams authentic. If you saw them live or see more live footage, his hand is in his pocket whenever he's screaming.
To quote from Talladega Nights: "I'm all hopped up on Mountain Dew!" And to quote from Step Brorhers: "Don't touch my drum set!!" While the song title isn't particularly marketable, I actually thought that wasn't too bad! Maybe the dude needs to grab his junk to help those intense growls along....
I love Acid Baths groove and intensity. It's really too bad that AB weren't signed to Roadrunner Records or even Century Media. Rotten Records really ruined their chances of getting more attention and recognition. They are one of my favorite bands though! You should react to their song "Bleed Me an Ocean". It's on their second album "Pagan Terrorism Tactics". It's a bit slower but is just as heavy as their other songs! Another great song of theirs on that album is "GraveFlower". Then you have the really beautiful and catchy acoustic guitar driven songs "Bones of Baby Dolls" and of course their popular song "Scream of the Butterfly".
Terrible video would have been better listening to just the song! They had good mosh pits for some songs. Well atleast at the shows I was at! Then again it was all the people I knew from around town! lmao Most of the times I seen them were in small bars From pensacola to panama city beach! I seen them like 10 Times that I can remember and im sure is a few more I dont! 🤣 First show they did in panama city I meet them like a week before the show as they were staying at the hotel my mom ran! Well ill tell you this if sammy ever says here eat this dont! 🤣We tripped for a few days and thats where a few of the lyrics and songs came from on the second album! It was audies first time really away from home and he was home sick asf! He tried to get me to go on the road with him as he adopted me! He said that I reminded him of his little bro as we had the same name and I made him feel at home and every time id have to sneak away or he wouldnt let me leave as he wanted me to go on the road with them! The last time I seen them in fort walton beach he was pissed at me cause me and the girl I was with was fucked up and thinking of driving home! He made us follow him to the place they were crashing at so we were safe! Sadly we dipped before we woke as like always he wanted me to go on the road and so I dipped early! He died in a car wreck few months later by a drunk driver! :( RIP AUDIE
So I'm not the only one who has noticed dax pocket pull techniques for high notes
Pinching his hog to hit those high notes I do it too
Acid Bath are so legendary.

Acid Bath is the band I’ve seen the most times live, they are from a few miles from where I live.
“Blan Chard” ! That’s awesome, poo yi baw. Thanks for picking this one, possibly the most darkest, heaviest metal song ether.
I was feeling like total crap today, then I watched this. You make me feel better. Thank you, you’re one of my favorite people
Thank you my friend, and thanks for hangin' around! 🏆
Guitar player is Sammy Satan (Duet) from Goatwhore and he was also lead guitar on Crowbar's Oddfellow's Rest IIRC.

R.i.p. Audie
One of my all time favorite bands
Favorite Acid bath song. Wish Dax wouldn't wack off the whole time though.

Dope Fiend, Venus Blue, The Bones of Baby Dolls.
Hey, that's me! Thank you!
Slowly we convert Miss Althea to growl vocals. And If I drank that much Mountain Dew I'd be in a diabetic coma.
Also where's the crowd?
Great jam!
The crowd is in singer dude's pants, apparently.....
They should have lightened things up with a POISON cover 😂
Listen to Jezabel by Acid Bath!!
Best
I think he had a hernia
