In this clip, Frank "Mr Builderman" Williams shares his high-volume, mass multi-tabling approach to professional online poker. Frank frequently plays 200-300k hands a month in sessions that can last 24 hours or more. While this approach has contributed significantly to his success, he often finds himself unable to end sessions or take time to relax or pursue other activities, leading him to feel addicted to poker.

lmao the builderman guy opens up with a pretty emotional story and lays out how he over the years realized that his massive grinding is an addiction with a significant impact on his life, that he's tried to get a handle of it but now he's gone cold turkey while getting help from a therapist - adam: any practical advice on how to become a massive volume grinder?

Yeh I apologise if it came across that way in this clip. We did have a long conversation about both the upside and the downside of being a high volume grinder and Franks personal struggles. Although he went through some challenges, there are certainly a lot of positives from his story and I wanted to make sure we touched on those for the aspiring high volume grinders out there. Stay tuned for the full podcast later this week :)

Definitely did not come across this way imo. The truth is that more people struggle with putting in the volume than from addiction once they are professionals. It would be such a wasted opportunity if Adam did not ask him if he had any advice for ppl that want to be able to put in higher volume. Good job, Adam. You guys ask great questions@@AdamCarmichaelchannel

@@jeffshackleford3152 Its not about "Fun", Its about How hard It is and How much money he males, almost no one can BEAT GG nl1k because of the rake, and he not only can beat, but also do this while get First place at leaderboard, this Guy makes around 50-150k in one month playing nl1k
