  • Hello dear friends! Our todayʼs video is about how to prepare pilaf with linseed oil in "Kamolon" pilaf centre. Pilaf is one of the National food of Uzbekistan and linseed oil add extra taste for the pilaf.
    Dietition nutritionists say flaxeed is high in helathy fat, vitamins and minerals. They recommend to eat the meals which are made from linseed oil. The people who know about the benifit of the linseed oil will make pilaf in our todayʼs video. "Kamolon" pilaf centre is famous for its national pilaf and service.

    если честно в 70-х готовили пилав по другому, особенно по количеству жира, не было столько. был курдюк и хлопковое масло
