I’m a little confused by this talk. I enjoyed the part about identity. That was great. But there was a lot of discussion of DMs and sales calls. But based on your other videos and a sales call with your team the process was presented as creating an automated pipeline. I’m nervous to take the plunge because I already purchased an expensive mentoring package that was based solely around DMs and sales calls which didn’t work well for me. I was intrigued by the automated process so I wanted to make sure I was understanding the thrust of this presentation. Thanks!

Our latest video discusses this (‘why we don’t cold DMs’), but in short, the traditional sales approaches are needed to validate your offer and get your first 1-5 clients. Then you can automate. Otherwise you’re just multiplying by zero by running ads to an unvalidated offer
Okay, that makes sense. Yes, I did watch that video along with Yusef’s video on starting a new fitness company and the steps he took to utilize the system. That helps me understand this video better.
