We look at last week’s Ben Herbert Press conference and the excitement surrounding it. We welcome on former NFL Player Cam Jefferson for a Bolt Insight Interview. He gives us his unique insights on working with Ben Herbert at the University of Arkansas. For this week’s Fan Focus we welcome on Merrianne Do and learn all about her fandom and what it was like to go viral. We introduce a new limited segment called Rivers Lake Story Time. We finish up with your Ask Boltfam questions.

When i think of LT’s game i instantly think of the stiff arm and those goal line high jumps. I grew up watching Chuck Muncie and Natrone Means, later it was LT. I really miss having a running game, i think this one will probably be like that super bowl team with Natrone and that is 💯 fine with me!⚡️⚡️⚡️
That interview with one of Ben Herbert’s old athletes was amazing BTW, what a great idea. I’m a personal trainer and it has always frustrated me the amount of injuries our team gets so i was super stoked about the hire of BH and hearing the details from someone who actually worked with him was fascinating. The fact that he doesn’t yawn, that’s pure gold! I’m pretty good at my job and very detail oriented, but I learned a lot just from listening to his press conference. I had no idea neck flexibility helps avoid concussions! Just the fact that our strength coach is giving a press conference at all makes me so optimistic about the health of our team going forward, as well as getting players to live up to their max potential. Hopefully it means we can draft 4.5 guys with great skills and football IQ and get them running 4.4’s, picking guys in later rounds than everyone else who didn’t like their “athleticism”!

Ok!!! I'm officially lost listening to Wool-Dawg's "RANT" Loved the "CHAT" w/a true Bolt Fan, that lady reminds me of my mom. She's 85 & you could hear her screaming @ the T.V. from outside the house, cussing like a sailor.. HAHAHA!!! It's hard to be a BOLT FAN..HAHAHA!!!
