Ming style furniture is very famous for its simplicity , joinery, price and uncomfortableness.
Excellent video. Fascinating to see a Master Craftsman's work in his culture. Interesting to see his progression and hear why. And Chris what a great quest you were not only representing WJ, but the USA.
Incredible craftsmanship and it seems as woodworkers we have the same quest the perfect design the perfect wood and we still show where our mistakes are.
Love how he explored progression and fine tuned the designs of each chair. Great video, thanks for putting it up.
Also, I noticed some Sawstops in the demo shots. Does Harvey Industries do the OEM for SS also? Any links to their more notable machinery?
I wish you would have gone more into the weaving of the seat. They have a unique method .
