- These photos are mostly from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, all taken in 2018, of army units receiving new equipment, also repaired & upgraded war machines. Nearly 5,000 units in 2018 alone.

Awesome song, great video. Do you know much about Individual equipment? I heard the Ukrainians were using tons of surplus from other country like body armor, helmets, uniforms, etc. did they get new equipment that’s their own?
Both,first few years soldiers had what volunteers supplied, later army became stronger.

It never hurts to update your military with offensive weaponry especially when your nation is the target of the biggest baddest bully on the block. The down side; Ukraine is on the receiving end of this, and these upgrades/additions will do nothing more than give Russia a fat lip, so to speak should Putin act further. These will serve nicely against the separatists and I would think act as a deterrent of sorts from further aggression. How big of a deterrent, I'm not sure, but hopefully enough to stop the unnecessary killing!
