Harmeet, very good question, as per my knowledge there is no scientific evidence to prove that, another thing is, we need to find a fine balance between these two, that balance stimulates the taste buds .... that's where the magic is created ... that's why we put some salt in every cake though cake is for sweetness .. thanks again for the question
