I'm here because of the Nico Nico Douga medley, but I have to admit, this vid got me so interested, I researched SRW for a while...good series with good music. 5/5 Giant Mecha Robots FTW!
Holy cow! Gong! Yea, Alpha 3 was a glorious end to the Alpha series. So many mechas, it was a record if I am not mistaken. Mazinkaiser&Shin Getter ftw!
@jordancayco Yeah, or an mecha anthem. It's like all the badass robots are singing about how they are all gonna go into space to kick ass and take names. EPIC SONG, GONG!
@AliveStorm93 I know you commented on this a year ago, but there's a new SRW on the way. Z2 is goin out in April. And Gurren Lagann and Lelouche are in it. Hell, Kamina in Gurren Lagann is the STAR OF THE SHOW this time. Seriously, look up the trailer.
Code Geass is too new to appear in an SRW game. So is Gurren Lagann, for that matter. Most SRW games will wait three years before the conclusion of a series (or at least a season) before debuting a series. I'd say about two years before they show up, if they do.
This is why we need mecha anime and series back. The amount of manliness in this vid just can't be compared with todays highschool/slice-of-life crap.
definitively the best srw gong video of all!
I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS SONG FOR YEARS! Thank you and awesome video.

I cry manly tears anytime I listen to this song. It ended an epic adventure.
One might have to ponder.... the true power of Gone... since listening to it ends up raising MY morale
Holy crap, and here I thought I was only person who had heard it there first!

srw is owned by banpresto, a subsidary of namcobandai in japan. we won't expect a namcobandai x konami anytime soon.
namco bandai which is great.
wasn't one of those robots on robot chicken on that Joey fatone episode?

the song is like a warcry
Were the mechs from Code Gease in there?
Have you ever read the lyrics?
There's a VERY good reason for that.
could you send the song? i really want this song!
A bit of editing and this would have made a good advertising PV for the product :)
This was well before Code Geass..........
awesome, F*&^king awesome!!

I think it might've been better without the in-game sound.
Can anyone tell me where is the rooster/phoenix looking mecha from 2:06-2:11 from?
The dragon form of Gebel Gan Eden, original mecha of SRW Alpha 3.
funny...Both series are in Z2...
Oh man, I love this game so much. I'm playing it RIGHT NOW, killing that bastard Shiva and his wannabe Guneden for good on my third runthrough.
see, you never get good things come up when being the final boss. Look how bad keisar ephes got owned.
no he never appears on any srw.
Ugh, they should have imported these games.
BLASPHEMER!
