I have a 34 year old student loan. I have proven I was never a student at 2 of the schools. Because of this I could not buy a home. How can I get help.
We do strategy sessions. We've sued the Department in an unusual situation where they garnished for loans that were someone else's with a similar name. They folded after we proved with school records that our client didn't attend that school. If you're not in Florida though, you'd need an atty in your state.

If you have health issues or injuries though, you may qualify for a bankruptcy discharge or a total and permanent discharge.
