yeah its pretty crazy. I think they both got like 20+ years each. They used to be the kings of the 2 man commandos back in like 2007. Refreshing to see their raw battle style as opposed to the precision tricks/dynamics style that dominates today.
Dear Stance, I don't understand the change the change of angles/camera. It wasn't necessary at all, and makes it confusing... Nevertheless, thank you so much for covering and sharing the event. peace.
I definitely heard them say Palmer. Been one of Palmer's signature moves since 2007. Probably before some of these guyys even started dancing. Look up IBE 2007 or 2008 I believe for reference.
@@lankysapien3032 uh? I know who palmer is. I never said I didn't know who he is. I didn't hear the name but I do recognize the move. When Thesis previously participated at bc1, he promoted water drinking instead of red bull's artificiall drink . Lol. That was dope. Still, I doubt he will ever want to participate again or that red bull will ever ask him to do so.

Jahil Parker no I didn’t invent it. I got inspired to start doing that move through Bboy crumbs. To my knowledge octo really wasn’t doin that move until our first battle at r16 up until now. So I’m calling out the fact that i inspired him to start doing it as well, especially since he always uses it as a counter to me. That’s all.
@@jdrainey2447 cool appreciate that explanation. So much goes on in the community and am i like someone educate me please. Good stuff though man. Stay killing it. Black excellence!
@Alberto peimbert I know... never claimed I invented it. I was inspired to start doing it through crumbs. I explain why I called him out for it in an earlier thread. Which was I inspired him to start doing it because he wasn’t doing that move until we battled in 2012 up until now. Especially as he always uses it as a counter to me. Also don’t understand where saw us being sore losers when in the video you see every single one of us shaking hands and giving love to jingo... don’t know what video your watching but the one above is quite the opposite of what you type

Alberto Peimbert I hear you, some of the casualties of battle. The intention definitely wasn’t to be disrespectful but they were using the stalling battle tatic by not promptly existing the floor after they would finish their round. When that’s is done to much then the opponents get irritated and emotional as you see with thesis and Jerome’s reaction. No matter how heated the battle is you have to respect the opponents time on the floor, and by using that particular battle tatic it’s already a form of disrespectful energy so you can’t be upset when it travels full circle. The rules of encagement are quiet easy. Get in, get down, don’t copy , and get out. Peace
Lmao not even an annihilation. They barely won. Massive was dominating the battle in energy and originality. Jinjo had there moments but they weren't bringing it like MM. It was close and could've gone to either side. How much do you wanna bet that the only deciding factor was that Skim was on the judging panel?
If u ask me, Jinjo won in 2012. MM mostly acrobatics and dude in black shirt with headband is trash now and in 2012. Jinjo really break dance. Just my opinion 💯
It shouldn’t be though. there is a fine line between inspiration and biting. That’s where the creativity should come in to play in terms of being inspired by someone else’s work. it’s an essential part to the artistic side of the dance.
@@jdrainey2447 oh I def agree 100%.. I'm very against biting... But using others sigs into your own combos that no one has done before.. You get a pass.. In the current state of bboys.. It's just what's happens.. some Bboys flat out bite and not care anymore and think it's fair game
