Super helpful. Thank you! Just wondering, have you ever tried tucking-in the small triangle flaps on the ends? In my head, it seems like that would work, and it would create a smooth closure on each end, but I not 100% sure. Better to ask the Master. lol Thanks!

i've been doing this for years. any big piece of cardboard will do-i like TV boxes! find free cardboard on recycle day!

I think he used a 22"x22"x22" box (not 24 by 24).
