Great video with a lot of loco variety! That class 47 idle is the sound of my childhood having spent many days on Reading station and on weekend trips with my dad (he was a freight guard at BR Western Region).

I've just watched day 2 Dave, so I see you are walking to your filming locations starting from Bewdley, well its still nice to watch these locations I have been visiting for many ,many years.

Staying in Bewdley so left the car there & used the train & feet for 3 days, bit wet on Friday but glorious weather otherwise.Cheers Dave

Agree,there’s a couple of clips where it doesn’t look too good but I think the zoom lens doesn’t help as it enhances the look.All credit to the SVR I saw track workers walking the line on most days keeping everything safe😎👍🏼

How do you request a train to stop at Northwood halt if your on the train and if your at the halt

Great video and great variety of traction marred once again only by the idiots hanging out of every available window, does someone have to be seriously injured or god forbid killed before this is dealt with, i'm sure HMRI, would not look favourably on any railway allowing that to continue
