Just today I was thinking the same and your this video appeared 🌼 This is really helpful for me because I need some time (maybe 3-4 years) to forgive someone who is really guilty or have done very wrong with me or someone I love. Later I forgive them but feel disconnected. Your words are actually very healing with kindness and love❤ now I'm gonna practice cord cutting and let them free from my connection. Good noon ma’am. I want to ask something about meditation. As you said in this video that special meditations are helpful and effective. As in kundalini meditation or kriya type meditation which is given by gurus. Ma’am i don’t have guru and i do simple meditation . Like i simply close my eyes and take deep breaths in continuous flow. But i want to know more about it and i want to perform deep mediation. Can i do it without anybody’s help, by simply watching these special meditation techniques on RUclips or i have to take help of some experts? I am really curious about this and I really want to connect to my inner self in a proper way. But i am not getting any proper way to learn and perform these techniques 😐.
