I agree with Les, I didn’t have a game plan for when the season abruptly ended either. Championship or bust.. I really loved this team this year they fought hard. Proud of our los angeles rams.
Thanks Les for all the praise for Raheem which he obviously so greatly deserves. Hey, just reporting it as it is. We love Raheem! Who doesn't? And I certainly hope he gets a great HC position which he also so obviously deserves. To say he'd be greatly missed is a major understatement. Thanks Raheem for all you contributed to the Rams these last few years. You were a huge part of our success and that stems a lot from your superior collaborative nature. Wishing you all the best always.
World of respect for Raheem but the lack of blitzing in the first half against Goff who hates pressure and allowing Hoecht to get burned in coverage over and over all season makes me excited to see another defense coordinator. Maybe Staley comes back.
They need to Ejiro Evero from the Panthers dude was a great DC in Denver in 2022 and the panthers defense wasn’t as bad as it seemed this year. The offense was just broken. Former Rams DB coach on the Super Bowl team, very well respected through out the league
They sent blitzes, they got zero pressure. Nobody could cover more than 2 seconds, what pressure or blitz will make up for coverage that the backend messed up within 2 seconds of every play it felt like. Rams corners don’t watch film. It’s obvious.
@@Flirken1There was 0 disguising of the blitz which is the issue I had. You could tell who was blitzing before every snap. Raheems defense is very bland and doesn’t disguise anything, what you see is what you get which is why the secondary gets eaten up, easy for a QB to know where to throw before the snap
Les GREAT SEASON life time fan, you the coach and staff outstanding. To be truthful I really don't think you would win 6 game, but 10 games SUPER. Next year a kicker, cornbacks away back to the Super Bowl let's GO RAMS
I wasn’t even really disappointed with the loss to Detroit. I mean I wanted us to win but really we overachieved cause nobody even gave us a chance of making the playoffs!
Thanks les to you and organization for another great year still hurting but everyone else but rams and true fans knew we could go further. Kinda getting spoiled. Can't wait to get back at it.House House!!Rams House!!
Last year I desired Kobie Turner to be drafted by Rams as a running-mate for AD, since I had written critiques of this dilemma for about 5 years running... AD needed a complimentary stud!
The Rams secondary has to improve alot in order to be competitive defensively and add another run stopper linebacker as well as adding more depth to the O-Line to protect Stafford.
19. Amarius Mims OT Georgia 52. Caelen Carson CB Wake Forest 83. Darius Robinson EDGE Missouri 152. Sam Hartman QB Notre Dame 153. Joe Milton QB Tennessee 176. Michael Jurgens OC Wake Forest 190. For a b2b linebacker draft, with stud backend cb's. Trotter, Cooper, Patterson, Drew... 19. Jeremiah Trotter LB Clemson 52. Edgerrin Cooper LB Texas A&M 83. Darius Robinson EDGE Missouri 152. Isaiah Davis RB South Dakota State
If OT not first rd pick, then Edge or cb is likely, but if Trotter still on board, no brainer taking Trotter... or a Center if it looks such that a run on top 2 centers looks inevitable before Rams 2nd round pick.
Simply using the picks Rams have will be just fine; however, if Rams eyeing players still available at 19, can trade out of 1st round to gain 2nd, 3rds or 4ths, Rams likely will address all needs except kicker... which likely is an udfa signing.
If Rams' first selection comes down to defense, I would go Trotter over cb... heart of defense tackling issues... get a dynamic ILB player who tackles, covers
Sned gonna get us another HISTORY MAKER

Only have the upmost respect for Les Snead and the Rams front office. The future looks bright for the Rams.
Les does a great job keeping the listener engaged. Could listen to the dude read a phone book honestly. Great season, thank you.

@Flirken1 I disagree. Our best blitzer is E. Jones and in the second half they couldn't do anything offensively and he feasted!
@ThorHammercoc I liked Evero. But if we're contenders for the bowl I'd prefer to go with Staley, we were a #1 D already under him.
Les GREAT SEASON life time fan, you the coach and staff outstanding. To be truthful I really don't think you would win 6 game, but 10 games SUPER. Next year a kicker, cornbacks away back to the Super Bowl let's GO RAMS
You guys came informed and asked excellent questions Les danced around a few but great interview
No thanks to Staley. I would love to see Wink Martindale with his aggressive style of defense as our DC.
i would love that lol
No doubt. As soon as I seen he left the giants I was like I want him as the next DC
Either or would be amazing
Then you guys would have a great team again
Yes!!!

IN SNEAD WE TRUST !
We do need Special Teams Coach & Kicker
Agreed special teams sucked since bones left
Last year I desired Kobie Turner to be drafted by Rams as a running-mate for AD, since I had written critiques of this dilemma for about 5 years running... AD needed a complimentary stud!
Les answers questions how i would at a job I wasn't qualified for 😂 I'm excited for this offseason
He definitely knows how to dance😂😂😂

pretty clear Les ain’t paying Fuller

Rams should get extra draft picks for coaches being poached!
Les pulling out Sisyphus for another cliche 😂 goofy cat, but he knows talent. Keep building this monster! GO RAMS
This year, I am focusing on a qb to groom for replacing Stafford when Stafford retires. I select Hartman and Milton, Leary later if still available.
Simply using the picks Rams have will be just fine; however, if Rams eyeing players still available at 19, can trade out of 1st round to gain 2nd, 3rds or 4ths, Rams likely will address all needs except kicker... which likely is an udfa signing.
Sales pitch was great, now Falcons get an extra draft choice 2 straight seasons for hiring Raheem. Falcons are priming to "breakout".
If Rams' first selection comes down to defense, I would go Trotter over cb... heart of defense tackling issues... get a dynamic ILB player who tackles, covers
Rams 4-6 needs
4) WR
5) CB
6) QB
4) Walker, McConkey, Rice
5) Drew, Wade, Brownlee
6 ) Milton, Daniels, Leary
Sounds like Jordan Fuller is gone
They don't like to pay Safeties.
Hey Les, are those bottles of booze on shelve?
He’s gotta drink about it
So
D.C. Jesse Minter

No brainer resign Carson Wentz
HEY LES!!!
FIX THE HORNS ON THE HELMET!!!
NO BROKEN HORNS!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Brad Holmes > Les Snead
You wish 😂
What’re lions fans still doing here? Lol
@@LARamsEmpire Right? That tells you everything you need to know.
Brad Holmes has a SB ring??
