I always have trouble on larger commercial sites and my ocd. Aka whats good enough vs. my need urge to make every mulch bed perfect. When its only 2 beds at a residential, obviously it easy to nit pick, but when its 1 of 25 beds, thats when I struggle with efficiency vs perfection.
@@AmbrosLandscapingInc No problem, I'm just like you & love landscaping so when I found your channel I was amazed because I'm located in Olympia, WA, not too far away. Glad to see your success & that your continuing the daily hustle, keep it up brother! 👍👍🤙✌👊✊👏🙏💯
Great video Ambro's Landscaping, I always keep my handheld hedge trimmer and then new Stihl KMA 130R with the hedge trimmer attachment love the new Stihl battery products!
How do you deal with blowing out too much mulch? It’s too time consuming picking them up by hand but when I try to rake or blow debris out of the beds it seems like a bunch of mulch always blows away.
I recommened to all of my clients going with a fine mulch, since it compacts very well which in turns doesnt get racked up when we do our trimmings. This is something is difficult to do with large pieces of mulch.
Ambro's Landscaping Inc. Thank you. Lost a few clean up jobs this year because I kept getting too nervous I would blow more mulch than leaves out of the beds. The beds had a bit more leaves than I’d like for a cleanup.
@@Goofy58943 ya it's a pain in the ass working in beds like that but we try to do the best we can. If we do pull up a large amount of mulch while trimming I always show and tell my customers why I recommened the finer mulch
I have a love/hate relationship with the battery equipment from Husky. I purchased 2- 536lihe3, 2-520ihe3 and 1-520iht4. All have been in for warranty motor replacement several times. I was given two new units under warranty, both of those were also in for motor replacement. That's a total of 7 new units all of them have failed, plus they have had replacement motors fail multiple times as well. I thought the 520iht4 with the brushless motor would solve the problem, but it's in the shop as I write this. I'm approaching 40hrs of travel time dropping off and picking them up as well as being without the use of the equipment. I was forced to buy a couple of gas units to have some dependable equipment. It's so frustrating as our crew loves using all the battery equipment we have, they perform very well when they work. They are used approximately 6hrs a day 5 days a week. 30yrs in business, they are the most unreliable equipment we've ever used. 🤬 Hedgecraft Trimming
Thankfully, that company is still around, making pieces of Chevy, due to the America taxpayer, even though their ignition lock was killing hundreds of people. What a crap company and crap product. 💩 💩 💩
I want the telescoping 520iHT4. I’d probably get one right now, but I can’t get past the battery reviews. They’re awful. You have any trouble with them?
Keith, I'm considering the same model. The battery reviews I read seemed to be associated with the Husky blowers, not the hedge trimmers which were great. Did you pull the trigger? Impressions? Thx.
Wow this is amazing. Love the quality of the bush trimming.

Immaculate quality my friend, keep it up! It's the only way to roll because of soooooo much competition... Take Care Brother!✊👊👍👍🤙✌💯

Husqvarna 520iHT4 is the only batter powered one. It’s $469.99! 😬
Does Husqvarna make a handheld one

How do you go about bidding for a job? I would like to get started doing trim work but don’t know what to charge.
I realize I am kinda randomly asking but do anybody know of a good website to watch newly released tv shows online?
@@carterizaiah1341 mtv and vh1 have all their shows for free:)
You could call around and ask other ppl what they charge.nor do that in a similar city if you feel weird asking your competitors
You should link this tool as an affiliate link!

He said he switched to that model permanently, it looks like it holds up in all his vids. I just can’t get past the price!
Adverts for Ego and Stihl came up. Lol.
I have a husqvarna battery weed eater and the battery failed.
Ya the weed eaters sucks...so far the hedge trimmers have been great beside the motor going out on the articulating trimmer

Does your commercial accounts require you to be bonded? Seems excessive!?!
Yes, Costco also requires we have really high insurance coverage as well
Ambro's Landscaping Inc. Are the bonds expensive? I have a property management company for commercial that asked if I could get bonded.
Please make a video going to steps to be bonded vs. General liability. I think everyone could benefit and noone is going over what it takes.
