Hey brother. For which type of training/runs you gonna use the machina 3? Kung pang daily and will not train for any race or do PRs, okay lang machina 3. Pero kung may variations ang training mo like preparing for a 10k/21k, get a dedicated pair of shoes for each training para hindi din masira agad at you'll feel comfy and confident.

@@junak777 okay na brother ung Machina 3 for daily 10k. But try mo din ibang brands like Puma ND2 or Saucony ES3. My fave running shoe ung Saucony Endorphin Speed 3. Super versatile at matibay din! 💪

Later ko lang din na found out that running socks really help since it is typically made of polyester instead of cotton. Just wanna know po, ano po yung brand ng socks na ginamit mo (that blue one)?
