I don't personally know anyone with a "deep Scottish accent" but I'm sure I have many cousins with a Scottish accent, and I love it. My Great great Grandmother was Jane Elizabeth McIlvaine Slaymaker. There also was another generation of my ancestors that married a McIlvaine, so I have a double dose of Scott in me 😁
Holly gives Matt the Scottish rights which only women can convey to a possible tragic ending and she will never let that happen awesome video you guys will be so good at these games
Love your Scrappy talk it's awesome win loose or draw when its all said and done all these fellas are winners. Every one involved from Matt's off road and ,Fabrats, and Moab motorsports. All winners as are the folks of the community round about.
Holly and Lizzie you two are incredible drivers & I always enjoy the 2 of you behind a wheel. That blue jeep is spectacular. A big thank you to both of you girls, Walter and Matt.
How did I ever miss this awesome channel? Great stuff and hello fae bonnie Scotland!! I started building an off road wrecker about 5 years ago, I need to stop abandoning it for years at a time. Videos like this are so inspiring make me want to drag it out the weeds and do something with it!!
Hollie, break out the whip to keep Matt in line! Like Indiana Jones! BTW, don't forget that the T-Recker has a rear steer. so, work it out with this in mind! You guys will do OUTSTANDING! Paul is going to be floored!!
I could listen to you explain absolutely anything. I find your persona very warm, funny and interesting. I love love Mischief Maker and I predict your channel is going to absolutely blow up! 🌺
Thanks for taking us along on this. I hope running the trails with both Mischief Maker and the Wrecker helped you to learn the differences in capability between the two machines. It's so good to see people out having fun and working together. Wish I could come out to watch the Games in person.
Thanks for taking us along! Looks like it will be a great time and a great team, especially having a "water boy" to keep everyone hydrated! Wish I could be there!!! J.R.
Awesome Awesome!! 24:00, when Matt backed down that hill steering into place with the rear steer just showed how important that feature will be in recovery in the future. Your editing / production on your videos is always stunning! Cant wait to see the vids for the next month. Gonna be WILD !!
You two ladies are like a twin rose bloom. You can turn into a group of thorns and keep Matt straight. Love your jeep by the way. Stay Safe and stay focused. I have worked off road most of my life and love this content.
I noticed that the Offroad Wrecker was built into an International Harvester Truck. And I have an International Harvester Story!. I used to work for a Company named Solar Turbines, who naturally specialized in Early Jet Components and later Turbine Engines. International Harvester bought Solar Turbines in the early 60's and Solar Turbines was considered the "Solar Division". At one point early on Solar Turbines thought that Turbine power was the wave of the future, but it really wasn't however it did have certain niches wherer turbine power was more efficient like power generation and fluid pumping etc. To make a long story short, a couple of enterprising engineers who had too much time on their hands apparently put an experimental turbine engine into an International Harvester truck. It wasn't really expected to be efficient of the wave of the future, but it was a way to examine certain capabilities and problems, and was just a fun project. So at a certain point the engineers had done all they could to mate the turbine to the modified drive train of an IH truck and they took it on a road trip. They stopped at a Truck Stop and as a prank they went in and had a meal, and found some truckers who they approached and said, you know our Truck is making some strange sounds and we arent too good with engines. Could you come and listen to it and see if it is ok? So the engineers and the truckers went outside, the Turbine engine was fired up, and then they cranked the RPM up and up and up. And the truckers eyes got real big and they ran for cover, because they thought that the damn thing was going to blow up. But they were clued in on the prank and showed the turbine engine and it all ended up being an interesting look at a very unusual creation. A lot like the one-off of the Off Road Wrecker. Databyter
Holly you are a role model for the young ladies that want to what you are doing. Building confidence in what you do will help them to believe in themselves. Thank you. You all were a joy to watch in this video. Love you all. God bless ❤️🙏🙏👍👍🌟🌟❤️
Hey matt and Lizzy@ matt's off-road recovery, fyi with these new Ford vehicles that have the 10 speed transmission , do not tow them like that. Unless you have the engine running. The reason is that these 10 speeds the pump is no longer run by the input shaft, it is computer controlled. You can tow them like that if you put the vehicle into neutral tow mode. If you do that without putting them into neutral tow mode over a long distance you will burn the transmission and may have to buy a new one!
I have to say, with complete respect of course, that I just LOVE hearing your voice! My mum was born and raised in Glasgow and I really miss her accent! 😢. So it’s so nice when I hear yours and it reminds me of her!
Holly being an experienced off road driver really helps her when spotting for Matt, or anybody for that matter. Lizzy has proven herself to be a very valuable asset to the MORR team. Thank you for this video Holly. Work Safe, Be Well Stay Warm
I love the Confidence that everybody has and Lizzy’s abilities she’s not as confident as everybody else but you can see how she draws energy from everybody else
That entire group of people are all just wonderful human beings. It shows through in everything you all do and the success all of you have comes directly from that.
Size wise, Matt said in another video 8 months ago that the heavy wrecker is about 1.5 inches wider than Mischief Maker and 13 inches shorter than a 4-door Gladiator. As for spotting a vehicle that big, back when I used to drive a tractor-trailer, if I was helping another driver with backing into a spot, I would use wing walker wands like the ones you see the ground crew using at airports. Easy to see, especially if it was night time. Incidentally, I had another driver tell me that his company didn't let just anybody try to guide him into a spot if he was doing a blind-side back at night, but since I had the wing walker wands lit up, it was fine. Not sure what kind of company has such procedures since that was the first I'd heard of it, but it was interesting.
Well, I know you are all going to have a blast no matter who wins. It has been so much fun watching you all getting ready for this, and the trash talking, how could I forget about that??? Looking forward to all you RUclipsrs to post all the different perspectives. It'll be a good laugh. 😁
The one thing you have completely right is the people you surround yourself with Matt his wife Robbie and his wife Paul and his. With these people you can't go wrong. And you are a super gal
Hey, Tom Tom very rareley you get a mention in the comments mate so take it from a hard assed Aussie I got Ya back, Even if it's on Holly's channel. Hey Tom Tom you have the most IMPORTANT JOB mate, you got the FUEL brother coss Matt is bound to run OOOOOOUUUTT. 😎😎😎
Great stuff Holly. It is refreshing to finally see someone actually wearing their seatbelt. I have never called any of them out on it, not my job. They are all adults. But I wanted to acknowledge someone who chooses to do so.
TY! I have seen some pretty horrific incidents over the past 4 years and I have no desire to take a helicopter ride…some of those views stick with you and nowadays I rarely even start MischiefMaker before putting on my harness. I try not to lecture others as well, but it’s tempting!
@@MischiefMakerTV, I drove for UPS for 40 years and we had to, so it's a habit for me. But I have always worn mine. I did loose a brother to him not wearing his. crashed his car, got thrown out and crushed by his own car. It is hard to hold a tongue, but they are adults...sort of. LOL Keep doing what you are doing, you are a joy to watch. (and listen to. I have Scottish lineage) ;-)
I love Matt being un spottable, because it means he can actually drive, and do it himself! Drives me crazy how many fancy RUclips off roaders, are posers that never drive for themselves... Everyone needs to learn to read terrain and Know how exactly where their wheels are, and to feel what their wheels are doing. No one does that anymore, they all get the 3rd person commentary. So its refreshing that Matt does his own thing where he has a feel for his vehicle. Sorry, end rant lol.
Hi Hollie, im glad to see you on Matts team. i would come to the event, but my 92 y.o. uncle is ill, gotta visit him. BTW i love your expressive !! -Dino
I think Rory's got the uper hand trailmater is tried & tested for years & it's ready to go he dose some amazing stiff with it but it's going to be good to watch all the different channels videos on it good luck to all of the teams 👌🏽👍🏼👍🏼🇬🇧🇬🇧
Check out some of BSF's older videos. Depends on the exact terrain. He works in mud snow and forests with I believe a 9000# old Chevy square body. But yeah I think Rory has this one until Matt proves his on the grounds 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
Love your channel. At 21:30 Matt and Tom Tom were talking about getting the tires worn in and stickier. I had a buddy of mine that would spray his new tire treads with equal parts of brake fluid, mineral spirits and turpentine to soften and get them broken in quicker
Yup, you got to burn those sharp new edges off the lugs to get them to hook up good. They will get there but you got to invest some trail time to do it.
Good to see you back Holly! Glad you will be on Matt's Wrecker Games team! Poor Walter, I know he is wondering if he will ever get his own modified off road rig (New Ford Bronco?) but perhaps after all the excitement is over his build can start in your new shop?? Just asking, you know!
He made that look too easy that rear steering may do it for Matt Rory has the front dig going on an Paul does too Merlin has a powerful rig Paul has a full send mode like no other with a very capable rig Rory has skills an time experience with his very capable rig Eric I think will be a little out of his realm on the steep climbs on the rocks but it’s definitely going too be a challenge for everybody and something no one is going to want to miss watching. Definitely going to be some cheeks clinching moments for a lot of people 😂 .
Nice video and great that you guys get together for team building! Can’t wait for The Games! One thing about the video: When the wrecker pulled that Bronco, I had hoped to hear the wrecker work, but it was mostly fast forward and music. The heavy wrecker is a beast - we want to feel it 😊
Add an rugged high def camera on the front for the approach angle. Also a high mounted rugged high def camera on the rear roll over bar with a water proof rugged large high def monitor
Seeing that beast on the car hauler trailer really puts it in perspective. It's like looking at a Mad Max prop. Rory's too. I don't know the other guys, sorry. As a Canadian.
Can't wait for next week! Great video. However, I noticed at the end that you don't have a flag on your jeep. Don't get caught by the Sand Hollow police! haha
Interational Super truck. that is the name of the team and the truck! Sorry I can't make to the games. I'm old and can't drive too far because of too much snow in Reno Nv. area. I love you guys and Holly and her husband.. I have a close friend from Scotland and i love the accent and people. i am going to get out there as soon as I can this year.
I loved it when Matt said Rory would be his 1st. choice for a spotter. The look on holly’s face was priceless.
You are awesome young lady! Great video and glad you are on Matts team!
At some point you just have to holler at Matt, in your deepest Scottish accent "I'm giving her all she's got, Captain!"
That would be hilarious! I'd have to make a patreon donation if you actually did this on camera during the games🤣🤣
omg, that's to much..."I'm giving her all she's got, Captain!" 🤣🤣🤣
Well, if Matt's behind the wheel, she may have to yell "You're giivin' 'er all she's got Cap'in!"
Name it ENTERPRISE!
hopefully no "She cannae take much more of this"
This is the first time I'm seeing the headlights on the wrecker, and I am in love!!!
Holly and Lizzie, you two are incredible drivers. Your Blue jeep is so fine looking. The wrecker worked fantastic. You got this Matt.
I don't personally know anyone with a "deep Scottish accent" but I'm sure I have many cousins with a Scottish accent, and I love it.

Wow, the wide angle lenses don't do that thing justice... that thing is a beast!
That wrecker in the sunset was just beautiful, jeeps not to shabby either😅😅
One of your best videos!!
Hollie just having fun being Hollie. I love it. !
Holly gives Matt the Scottish rights which only women can convey to a possible tragic ending and she will never let that happen awesome video you guys will be so good at these games
How exciting, the inaugural official first rescue of the heavy wrecker!
Love your Scrappy talk it's awesome win loose or draw when its all said and done all these fellas are winners. Every one involved from Matt's off road and
,Fabrats, and Moab motorsports. All winners as are the folks of the community round about.
What a machine - you two will kick ass at the wrecker games!
Holly and Lizzie you two are incredible drivers & I always enjoy the 2 of you behind a wheel. That blue jeep is spectacular. A big thank you to both of you girls, Walter and Matt.
Really glad your a part of this.. you guys have real competition in front of ya. But I think you guys will win..
9:38 vrrrrrrrrrsss... like it was nothing. Good description of driving the HR. Keep up the good work crew.
Enjoyed the video, I'm glad to see lizzy is getting more exposure 👌

great video; nice job of capturing some spectacular scenery.
Love seeing Matt so happy! He’s such a good guy. Great episode! The wrecker is awesome!
The heavy wreaker's headlights look awesome.
But are they functioning? Didn’t Matt have to install some at Hammertown?
It looks as if Matt may be getting it figured out. I'm pulling for him 🤣. Great content guys thanks for sharing.

Good golly Miss Holly,

LETS GOOO....
I'm starting to think MM would be a definite contender with a winch boom on HIM.
I think Rocky is a perfect name for the wrecker
Digging those new bumpers on your rig, the black helps break up the color scheme a little bit.
Can't wait to see these games!
It should be the GOAT WRECKER!!!!
It's awesome that Hollie and Lizzie get to command instead of being put down like women used to back in the day!! Now that's something to see!! ✌🐢
