Thanks, brother! That's the same tool a cosmetologist uses in adding hair extensions to a client. It will certainly enhance my tying in the future. Tight lines.

Well, the only tips I manage to do easily enough to make Knotted Hopper legs…I saw so many on RUclips but weren’t able to tie a dawn knot…Thanks Al! Serge

I like it Al. I'm going to have to try that with rubberlegs too.

I have a number of the pheasant tails that I purchased which are already pre-made, now I know how to make my own. Great tips just in this one video. Thanks for sharing

after knotting its a fair move to wet the "lets" with some soft head cement. That holds them together, but keeps them flexible so you can tie them in.

I bought the tool and gave this a go; it worked brilliantly. Good tip on smashing the quill to fit it into the jaws of the vise too.

Thanks for showing me how its done. A little bit different from Barry Ord Clarkes method, but both are basically doing the same thing. This way looks a little bit easier. I will experiment with both when I get a latch needle. Aloha!🌴🎣🐟

This is sold as a knitting needle I understand. Should be available at Wally World.

Yes, the tool at Walmart is the same on the hook end but the one in the video has a half-hitch tool on the handle end. Either tool does a great job! Thanks for the comment.
